The Service Department is the best part of Bayview Cadillac

I have had 20+ cars in my lifetime. They are from varying manufacturers, varying countries, varying styles (sports cars, manual & automatic, SUV, convertible, etc...) I think the handling of my 3.6 ATS Coupe is awesome! The best part of having this car is my Service Writer, Danny Asherman. Oh, and the coffee machine in the Customer Wait Area. Seriously, Danny is knowledgable, considerate, and helpful...ask for him.

Beyond the call of duty!

Impeccably implicated team. First time visit. Resolved a tire issue with a slow leak too close to a tire wall, allowing me to continue on a 1600 mile journey back home, Cost? No charge, sir, was the response. They even washed my car while I waited. Special mention to Brandon, who clearly went beyond the call of duty! My compliments to this dealership! Vince C.

Full Service

Brandon took excellent care of my service needs, and provided me with the results of a complementary vehicle assessment. I only wish that Bayview were truly a full service facility. You sell vehicles with nitrogen in the tires, but you force me to go to one of your competators for replenishment when needed. Fortunately, you do not take the same position with respect to oil and other needed fluids. When will I be able to come to you for ALL my servicing needs?

Great service, but waiting room is lacking.

The waiting room is very noisy. Even though I was the only person there, the two TVs - one with sports, the other news played at a very high volume making it impossible to read, or talk on the phone, or even just try to listen to one of the shows.
