Great Experience from Reception to Purchase

Jay , Chris, and the entire Bayview Cadillac team were great. I purchased a vehicle from Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac Ft. Lauderdale and the customer service and value of vehicle was excellent. It is not like these other factory type dealerships. You are treated like a valued customer from the moment you walk through the door.

Service Review

I had a long term problem ie 6 years with my vehicle that other GM service personnel could not identify or were to inexperienced to be called mechanics. They were not Ed Morse mechanics. However Tom Krisak a service manager with 2 minutes of being in the vehicle isolated the problem and it was eventually repaired . Had this problem been identified earlier it would have saved me considerable funds rather than the eventual substantial cost incurred. Tom is a VERY personable gentleman and well experienced in car mechanics. His expertise showed up immediately. He has certainly gained my respect and loyalty.

Always a pleasurable experience

Having been a customer of many years the service has always been great. Jeffery has taken care of me and my cars for years and I feel that he does all he can and truly enjoys his job. This time I loved that her got me in and out ahead of schedule. Everything was great from Jeffery, the car was and the coffee.
