Good dealer experience

This dealer is a pleasure to work with if you are reasonable. Periodically they make a mistake but when you tell them they bend over backwards to make it right. I have bought two cars there. They work hard to do a good job and management pushes hard for excellence if my impressions are correct.

Great service at Bayview Cadillac.

I dropped off the car for service and detail wash/wax and was contacted when completed. The service and the detailing of the car was professionally and timely completed. Quality of the detail workmanship was endorsed by comments received in public soon after departing the dealership from folks observing the car.

Not your grandfather's cadillac

Just wanted to express my gratitude on the professionalism of Daniel Gagliano, JC Kent, and everyone at Bayview Cadillac. I had been searching and test driving many different types of crossover SUVs and honestly, a Cadillac was never part of my search, but I went in to check it out. Daniel was one of the most attentive, not-pushy, and patient salesman I have EVER encountered. I felt comfortable and did not feel I was being hassled. Surprisingly a great experience and would highly recommend. I am very proud to be a driver of sleek and modern looking Cadillac.

Always A Pleaasure

I have dealt with the dealership for a number of years now, and my original salesman retired. I met Steve Plotnik and instantly he made me feel at ease. I got lucky, he delivered. Steve is a truly sincere, honest, straightforward man who is very easy to speak to, and he makes your transaction easy for you. His professionalism is real, and he treats everyone with the utmost respect. You couldn't ask for anything more. I also had the pleasure of dealing with manager John Mazzurco, who was also a great guy to work with a sense of humor too! John Gallegos made my financing simple taking the time to explain everything to make sure I understood it. These employees went the extra mile, which is something you don't see anymore, but I wouldn't expect anything less from Bayview. Now if you want to talk service, Jeff Aldred is your man, he is a great guy to work with and his manager, Paul Barresi is very knowledgeble and eager to help too. I consider myself lucky to have these men in my life!

Lease 2017 Cadillac xt5

Exceptional service. Been with bay view cadillac for over 3 years already and will continue to do service with them for another 3 year lease. Very satisfied with the automobile , sales person (Steve Plotnik) and the service department.
