Recall service

The service was very good. The only complaint I have is that I wasn't made fully aware that I was going to get a rental vehicle from Enterprise. I had NO idea that when I dropped my car off at the dealership, I was going to be picked up by Enterprise and taken over to their office etc. so I feel they should make an effort to fully disclose that process. Or just get loaner vehicles on the premisis.

Great staff and friendly atmosphere

2014 Ford F-150 Raptor SVT. Your staff was friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and get the vehicle I wanted for the price and rate I wanted. You have a new customer for life.

Everything was perfect!! Service was great and it was repaired correctly the first time!! I needed a rental car due to not having the parts available that morning and my service rep took great care of me. Everything worked out perfectly. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
