Jerry Flores *****

I'd like to comment on a specific salesman. Jerry Flores has been the best sales associate I've ever dealt with. Not only does he go out of his way to accommodate what I'm looking for, he doesn't force any decisions on the buyer. Definitely the Lebron James of salesman. He deserves a raise asap, if he's already gotten one, give him another!

Don't buy used car from them

I bought a 2006 ford explorer from them little over year I have had nothing but trouble from it heater blower is going out gonna need wheel bearings had to have transmission rebuilt 3438.00 dollars Just waiting for the next thing to go wrong I wish I would have not seen this vehicle but they got me I bought as is

Awesome Customer Service!

Purchasing a used vehicle can be stressful at the best of time, especially when you are looking to have it shipped to Canada. New Holland Auto Staff were extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had.I recommend Sales Employee Ben Parmalee to work with on the purchase of any vehicle. He worked tirelessly on making the process smooth and without concern. I would definitely work with New Holland Auto again.

Great Dealership

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from them. Our salesman Tom Weaver. Was awesome and .Jimmy who did title work.Even the service dept who took care of a bad sensor.that sales said they would fix.Highly recommend!

Great Service with lots of Integrity

When I began my relationship with New Holland Toyota, I was literally in a very precarious position. My 15 year old van was sitting along New Holland Pike about 8 miles away. It died as I was on my way to the dealership and I needed a vehicle quick. They held all the cards because I was in a desperate situation. My sales associate (Matt Houston) discussed my options--leasing vs buying--and we worked out an incredibly fair deal that afternoon while AAA towed my van into the lot. How embarrassing, yet, I even got some trade-in value for the van and, at that first meeting, they got a thankful and loyal customer for life. I leased a 2014 Rav4 for two years and now that the term has come to an end late in 2016, I bought the Rav4 outright, along with a service agreement up to 45,000 miles. I'm going to keep trekking from Lancaster to New Holland for my service because the service team has been friendly, informative and courteous throughout the past two years. Both the sales staff, the financial folks and the service team have made this a great experience for me. Again, they could have taken advantage of my desperate situation when my older vehicle died, but they didn't. They helped me meet my budget and outfitted me in a brand spanking new Rav4 with a financial agreement that worked well for me.

A great experience at New Holland Auto Group!

Recently, a friend and I visited New Holland Auto Group in search of a used car. There was a huge selection of cars on the lot, and we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve Keaton. We test drove a Charger, and with his vast amount of mechanical knowledge, we were very impressed and confident that he was an honest and very professional sales person. Although a car wasn't purchased that day, when searching for a car again in the future, we will definitely reach out to Steve at New Holland Auto Group!

Fantastic Salesman

It was time to buy a new car, so I started to shop around at a few car dealerships. Some of them had good deals, and nice sales people, but when I came to New Holland Ford, and met Aaron Flickinger I knew that I was going to get my car there. He not only got me the best deal, but was so helpful, and nice that I was really impressed. Even in the short time that I've had my car, I had to call him about a few things, and he was able to help me out, and has been very nice about it. I will recommend New Holland Auto Group to my friends, and especially Aaron Flickinger.
