Supportive environment for special needs families.

We appreciate the support of New Holland Auto Group sales team in providing accommodations for us in our quest for another vehicle. With our son having autism, it is often very difficult for our family to spend any time sitting at a desk or engage in discussion. They brought the vehicle to our house for a test drive, addressed our questions, and will set up the seating so it has a familiar look for our son. Upon delivery, our son found his favorite McDs meal and drink inside and associated this new vehicle with something positive. Smoothest Car Buying Experience We've Had!!!

Of all the vehicles we've bought over the last 25 years, this was the smoothest car buying experience we've had and felt as though we got an excellent deal! Our salesman, Tony Goodling, couldn't have been any nicer! Right from the beginning we felt very good about him. He was very down to earth and helpful in understanding our concerns with buying a vehicle and what we were looking for. We didn't feel pressured in any way and didn't have to waste hours trying to get a final price to make the sale happen. Sales manager, Rich Christman, helped us get to a final bottom line price quickly so we could buy our new Ford F-150 XLT! Everyone we met and dealt with were super friendly and helpful! Would we buy from there again? Yes! Even though it was an hour and a half drive from our home... It was well worth the drive for the huge selection they have to offer and the excellent customer service we received! The next time we look for a vehicle this is the first place we'll be looking and have already passed their contact information on to 2 other friends!

Andy Bogedain

Have been to the 999 sale several times and love the excitement and fun. Was at the spring and fall sales in 2016 and ended up buying two cars at each sale and was lucky enough to choose three 999 cars of the 4. Andy Bogedain worked with us both times and I can't say enough good stuff about him. Great personality, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, patient. Just a fantastic experience both times. Andy certainly is a wonderful asset to your organization. I will definitely recommend Andy and New Holland Auto to many people

Great Customer Service with a Speedy Sale!!!

Fantastic buying experience!

When the time came to consider purchasing another vehicle, we thought we'd check out the same place my step daughter bought hers. Because my husband was so impressed with the positive experience she had, we went back to New Holland Auto Group and left with a new car, the same day! Brett Whiteman took such great care of us!! He was professional, knowledgeable and very considerate of our price range and time frame. We will definitely be back and will be telling family and friends to go see Brett when they need a new vehicle!

Wonderful Experience

I came in, Looked at the wide selection they had, Narrowed it down within a few minutes, and Test drove my truck in an hours time. Very Happy with the selection, Sales person, and service I received. Thank you New Holland Auto Group, and Thank you Andy Bogedain!!!!

RAV4 Hybrid experience

Matt Houston was my go-to guy when I wanted to order a RAV4 Hybrid. He walked me thru the buying process and we ordered exactly what I wanted. This was the 1st yr for the RAV4 hybrid. I loved most things about it. However, the photos were deceptive about the dashboard. I didn't realize it had no CD player. My 'totaled' Highland Hybrid had handled 6 CDs. Being a musician, it was a shock that took months to come to terms with. I rode in silence for months. Matt stuck with me walking through the positives about the car and his co-worker, Brett, also helped me understand the new IT dashboard features. I now use an ipod mini to play 300+ of my favorite songs. Gas mileage, safety tech, wireless hatch opener and closer, cargo space,... are amazing. Highly recommend this dealership. And their service dept and detail dept are one of the cleanest and best in the country!!

WE recently traded a Ford Edge

We traded a 2011 Ford Edge for a different 2011 Ford Edge with half the miles. Matt Huston is our salesman and has helped us on trade in's many times before. We did not have to hassle much to get what we thought was a fair deal and Matt always makes closing go well. The dealership is clean, always pleasant people to deal with and they make you feel important. Often the manager comes out to thank you and service can't be beat as often we take our vehicles for oil change, tire alignment, etc and the waiting time is minimal.
