By far the best car buying experience that we’ve had. We are from the North west Florida and originally scheduled to purchase from somewhere else in the Miami area but after talking to Tim Tillman, our sales associate, we knew that we were in good hands. He was very upfront, transparent, and patient with no pressure whatsoever. We have purchased many other vehicles in the past and Tim is by far one the best in the business. I came up to her and told her my mileage and asked if he could put me into a new lease and within 10 minutes she said yes. She found me the color I wanted even though the car wasn’t currently in stock and was awaiting delivery. She followed up almost every day to let me know what was going on. I’ve never worked with another sales person who had such care and was as organized and efficient as Alicia. It’s every sales person was like this it would be a pleasure to do work with people. Highest accommodation and will refer any of my friends to her she made the process so easy and seamless for me and I don’t like coming to our dealerships!
