Not only he helped to choose my car, he also made the whole process easy and smooth, patiently answering millions of questions that we had. When I was at crossroads and did not know what to do - I called him and he just resolved the issue. He spent as much time as needed to explain all the functions of my beautiful New Car so when I left a dealership I already knew all the useful features of my new 2020 Lexus!
