Service was prompt and efficient for a 15000 mi check-up....
Service was prompt and efficient for a 15000 mi check-up. We were treated with respect and waited in comfortable surroundings. They also improved the process because a single contact person did the interfacing including taking the payment and bringing our car to us. We were very pleased!

Service people were all very cordial and made feel welcome But I was surprised that a 5000 mile check would take three hours with an appointment especially after I told the car would go through Express Service

Slow start to service appt.
Arrived a reasonable 5 mins. before appt. Service rep Chris was a no-show. Employee at desk found another, Richard, who was excellent. However, time to leave car off for service was way too slow. Time in to dealer and out with a loaner was 95 minutes on top of a 40 min. drive to get there. J M Lexus seems to be a victim of their own success, in that the dealership cannot handle the service demand volume. I'll help them out and find a service center closer to home.

Worst communication I have ever seen at a Lexus dealer....
Worst communication I have ever seen at a Lexus dealer. And service representative, Charles was rude and not helpful at all. Definitely didn’t go above and beyond to assist. I am looking to buy another Lexus soon but won’t ever be back to this dealer. I’ll drive 100 miles if I have to.
