JM Lexus

My salesman Paolo is very knowledgeable and patient. He explained how the 2018 model Lexus RS 350 improves upon the 2014 that I owned. He also explained JM's new policy regarding setting the price and dealing with only one person. Paolo was able to provide the price quickly and reviewed leasing options with me. He was very courteous and professional. He came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. I would recommend him and JM to even my BEST FRIEND!

The sales manager (Mr. Daniel Meininger) is extremely polite and patient to explain the details. We came to this dealership several years ago, it is noted that the business are growing much faster than any other dealers.

The sales people at Lexus are very informative and helpful in completing the process of leasing the new Lexus. My only disappointment was in not being able to get striping for the car. My 3 former Lexus ES 350 cars gave me the offer of free striping, which gives the car a classy look. I completed the transaction anyway and Terry was very helpful in every other way.

My sales manager Khaled Dandashi was absolutely amazing. He sat with me for an hour in my new car showing me all of the new technology and how to set it up. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and the new Lexus Plus Dealership experience is by far the best I have ever been through. His team lead Leah was so awesome as well. They just made me feel part of the family and we’re just fabulous to work with. I would recommend them to family, friends and even strangers because what they have to offer by far superseded my expectations. Upon entering any car dealership a person is always apprehensive, but Mikes knowledge and easy going nature made this experience very easy going. There was no pressure and let us test drive many cars without any hesitation. The finance part was just as smooth even when there were a few bumps.His easy going nature and follow up after purchase was very reassuring that we made the right purchase and used the right dealership. I was shopping for a specific pre-owned vehicle that JM Lexus received for a trade in. The staff was eager to help and had the vehicle spotless ready to show. The facilities were clean and there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I am not a Lexus owner but had an overall great experience at this dealership.

I did not actually go into JM Lexus to purchase a vehicle the day my wife and I went into the dealership. I was shopping for a new car, but was unsure of what type of vehicle we were going to purchase. We really liked the 2017 Lexus IS200 FX Sport. Once Saqib informed of a dealer rebate of $5,000, I was sold. From there is was just a matter of filling out the paperwork and we were done. I usually like to negotiate pricing on new vehicles, but since this was a No-hassle dealer, it made it pretty easy. The Lexus rebate sealed the deal!
