Michael Harrity was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.. Kevin on the other hand once he knew we weren’t going to buy the extended warranty had a whole different attitude. If I had met him first, I would not have bought a car at Matt Byrne Honda., even if I had to pay more for it I would’ve gone elsewhere. My husband almost told him to keep the car.

very disappointed with the service i received.
very disappointed with the service i received. if they arent going to answer phone and use automated they need to check machine. shouldnt have to wait 3 days for return call then have to call back second time. couldnt do service for recall because staff did not say gas tank had to be down to quarter tank when making appointment. had to make new arrangements for someone to pick me up after dropping car off and next day pickup.

The staff was very warm and welcoming!
The staff was very warm and welcoming! I got my car serviced in a reasonable time. The waiting lounge was very clean and I helped my self to the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies provided lol. They explained all that was done and recommended a few minor issues I should look into upon my next visit. Overall very awesome experience !

I've been in the process of shopping for a new car and
I've been in the process of shopping for a new car and decided to take my current Honda to this dealership to get an idea how service is. That was a big mistake. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning to get work done that was covered under warranty. I received one initial text to let me know I can text back. 3 pm rolls around and I didn't hear back so I texted that number. They said they never got around to my car that day and asked if they can keep it overnight to not rush diagnostic. They hoped to get it in by 4:30 and said they would text back to keep me informed. Never did. I got a call on Saturday morning that I missed but they just left a message they were calling about my car. No other details were left. I tried calling back 30 minutes later and all morning, even texted that automated text I received saying to text but never got through to speak to anyone. Finally around 2pm I called their sales department because that was the only area I was able to get through to and was told service department was gone for the day. No one called to let me know. Beyond livid was an understatement. They lack serious communication skils. They said I can come pick my car up and he didn't know what was done to my car. I didn't trust driving off without knowing what was done to it. The sales guy I talked to was understanding. Finally got a call Monday morning about my car, and they were going to charge me for something I knew was covered under warranty so I asked them to call my husband instead to discuss this with because I didn't want to deal with this dealership at this point. I've experienced some crappy service centers and dealerships. Matt Burne Honda wins the award for worst dealership. I'm glad i got to experience this before I actually decided to purchase a vehicle from them. I will be getting a new 2026 Passport from a different dealership.

Although I had to wait for over a year to get my recall
Although I had to wait for over a year to get my recall for fuel pump, when I finally got a call for appt. , The dealership called me when car was ready. Also replaced battery in my spare key.
