Took forever to get appointment.

Took forever to get appointment. Called to reschedule due to no stickers. Was told to stop back and get stickers so waited over an hour, then was told it had to re-inspected for two more hours a week later. Waiting room floor was gross.

My 2014 Honda Pilot had a MFG RECALL because of

My 2014 Honda Pilot had a MFG RECALL because of catastrophic engine failure the shop had to rebuild the engine but charge for timing belt and water pump and reseal oil deals and cam / crankshaft and started these parts no part of motor plus since it was a MFG RECALL that never gave a loaner because of that they should have not charge me for extra work because they stated those parts weren’t part of motor stay away from this shop because Honda are Junk /japcrap

Had a recall for my pilot.

Had a recall for my pilot. Few things went wrong but the dealership was very nice and friendly to me. When my vehicle was done they filled it up with fuel and dropped back off to my house.

This trip to Burne Honda was a very good experience.

This trip to Burne Honda was a very good experience. We had set up an appointment for a recall one month prior. We dropped off the car the day before the appointment date and the job was completed the same day!

Very professional, great service, explained everything.

Very professional, great service, explained everything. Waiting area provided beverages and was clean. Parking was a bit tricky but not a big deal.

I am glad to give you guys our business you never disappoint in costumer service and how easy it is to get an appointment when needed. Thanks for our first oil change we will be coming to you guys from now on instead of motor world.

So far unimpressed with our two visits.

So far unimpressed with our two visits. First time had to insist they check the alignment on a new car with less than 3000 miles on it due to tires edges "feathering". Was told it was going to cost $150 then after questioning it was $75. After explaining it was a new car and I purchased an extended warranty I was left hanging but told it was because tire pressure was low 2-4lbs. I picked the car up, but wasn't charged for the alignment check. Would have been nice if someone called and determined that. before coming to pick.up car. Car waa still feathering edges of tires. Then get a safety recall to.replace spri g in steering.. Took almost a year to get somewhere with the recall. Was called and told do you want us to call when we have part or want to schedule when in for service. Was told when part comes in we will call,didn't happen. I have the text from December. Move ahead 7 months to July I call to schedule service and recall ad inspection. Go in August 1st....no inspection stickers. Was told we will fail inspection but check it out and you can bring back so we can recheck and inspect. I asked why we can't pull up and have stickers put on.,.l.was told because they have to check again. which is Ludacris.. No offer of reduced or free inspection on a car with less.than 6000 miles! I get to check out counter and have to ask if recall was done because only routine service was mentioned. Waiting a year for a safety recall is unacceptable..Im really on the fence about taking the car back here for service. I took the car to local garage for inspection, wasn't worth the hassle of what Burne honda wanted to do.
