They knowingly charged me for services they didn't complete. When I brought it to their attention, they tried to justify it. Asked to speak to the dealer owner, but was ignored by him. I asked for the owner to call me, never received a call. Purchased 5 vehicles from this dealer. Time to move on and share my experience there.
