I am from out of town and a "low tire pressure" alert showed on my 2019 Honda Civic! I drove up to the service area and asked if someone could check it... out. They checked it out and the "alert" went away, and I can drive back to Ohio! What a great bunch of folks who work in the service department. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful! Thank you. (I tried to get help from MotorWorld in the Wilkes-Barre area and they couldn't fit me in, nor did they call me back). Matt Burne Honda service all the way!!!!!

In October and the first week of Nov., I have dealt with Michael Gramigna, Morgan Green, Egon Berardinelli and Jack Munley. My wife and I have two Honda... CRVs Touring models, a 2017 and 2018. I have been there with both cars at least twice for each, for updates/fixes with the computer system and a recall. These "Four Horsemen of Burne Honda Service Department" are great! Not only do they help a customer 100%, but they explain everything in a concise manner on any issue one may be having. They are an asset to Burne Honda and one of the main reason my wife and I keep coming back to buy cars. Mr. Gramigna with his tech knowledge is great. He explains things to a customer on what is being done in a language that a non-geek customer can understand. My relationship with Matt Burne Honda started over a year ago. I contacted their Internet Sales department as I was interested in a CRV. Lori Trygar,... Internet Sales Manager, immediately responded. As Lori and I went back and forth, in our negotiations, Lori was always polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even though I decided on a different vehicle, I never forgot how great Lori was to work with. So, when our lease was up this month, on our Chevy Cruze, I contacted Lori again to inquire on a Honda Accord. We were interested in a specific color that they did not have. Lori engaged her manager, Tom Carey, who quickly (in less than an hour) was able to secure that color from another dealership and we were able to "close the deal" that day. Lori Trygar, Tom Carey, Sean Mundt (Finance Manager) and Bill Healy were outstanding to work with. They treated me with respect and did everything they could to make the car buying process, smooth, quick and painless. I highly recommend Matt Burne Honda for all of your new and/or used car purchases.
