Its sales and service are both excellent, and I must commend Matt McDermott, the Service Department Manager for his knowledge, expertise and efficiency for managing both the department and its customers in such a manner as to be fair and equitable to all parties concerned.

I had an 8:80 am appointment .
I had an 8:80 am appointment .. I had tracking on my car and saw that they did not move it from my parking spot #33 until 9:30 am . I stayed in the waiting room and Gary came out a few hours later to tell me about the tires having a low threading and asked if I wanted to get new ones , he gave me irises and I agreed to get 4 new tires. Another hour later Gary came out to tell me that a bulb was burnt out and asked if I wanted it replaced and I said yes continued to wait until approximately 1:30 and was told that my car was ready. My bill came to $1,270. I left after being at Honda approximately 5 hours and was tired , I was more than half way home when my tire pressure alert came on . I stopped at a gas station and checked the tire pressure on each tire and they were all different. I called Honda and Gary tried to get me to do a calibration on the settings in the car and I couldn’t so he told me to go back to Honda d I did .. when I got there I was met my Casandra who was very helpful, kind & concerned. She took my car and worked on it herself and fixed the tire pressure on each tire .. she said they were not all the same press as I had also found them to be . She put a tire pressure of 35 on the front tires and a tire pressure of 33 on the rear tires and histamine that it was now gfi ed properly. While I was there there I witnessed two other women that brought their car in with a tire pressure problem .. and heard they needed to e recalibrated .. WHY???? When I take my family & friends in my car i am responsible for their safety and their lives so I depend on the people who are servicing my car and I must trust they are doing their job correctly and properly. I was very disappointed and stressed out throughout my entire day .. no one should have to go through this and be upset like I was.

Husband passed, now my job.
Husband passed, now my job. Everyone was kind, patient and professional. I needed 4 tires. Big expense. Was presented with choices.and made best choice for me right now. Appreciated everyone's patience.

The nice thing was no pressure sales.
The nice thing was no pressure sales. I wish the interest rate was lower I got a reliable car. I should have kept the other car and not traded it in
