I enjoy going car shopping significantly less than going to a dentist! And I dread going to a dentist. I always expect frustration and angst when looking for a car and anyone reading this understands what I mean. However, I must relate that our experience with Ryan Haskins and Casey Corbett was just terrific. Both Ryan and Casey are very young professionals who handle themselves with poise, polish and class well beyond their years. They are employees anyone would be proud of. Nonetheless, neither of them directly or indirectly changed my opinion of going to a dentist! But they did make this car purchase the best it could be for us. Well beyond our expectations. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

This was my 2nd time ordering a vehicle with Sherwood Groves and they make it so easy. My salesman was Devon who was absolutely amazing through the whole process. Him and Casey always were able to answer my questions quickly when I reached out. When my Bronco finally came in Devon took the time to go through all the settings and features to make sure I understand. This is a group that values making return and loyal customers and I can’t recommend Devon enough!

I'm shannon Kelly and I recently purchased a brand new Ford Escape from Sherwoodgroves in wysox. I recommend anyone to go there, they have the best service, A guy name Devin Hack came out in the pouring rain, helped me, that right there is awesome service, then even everyone inside treated me like family, so helpful, with the weather being crappie, they still insisted washing it, cleaning inside, and gave me a full tank of gas, they are the best dealership that I've ever dealt with, I recommend them. Devon was outstanding in making my buying a truck a real pleasure, knowledge taking the time to explain everything I asked about my ford truck,heckhe even unloded, my old truck and put it back into my new truck for me,that's customer service. Devon is a real asset to the Sherwood/Groves dealership and I would recommend him when u are looking for new or used vehicle to look him up, u will be pleased that u did.All I can say is great service ,if everyone was geared like Devon it would be hard to keep trucks,cars on the lot. What a pleasure it was to deal with Sherwood Groves auto group. From Scott the salesman to the closing team of Chris & Casey. There was no pressure whatsoever. They knew what I was looking for and what I could afford. No hidden costs at all. I like knowing the bottom line before I get there. You have always had my business and you always well.

Wouldn't buy a pack of gum from this place or gm ever again. purchased a new gmc sierra 1500 and at 30,000 the oil line blew. still under bumper to bumper warranty and since they are low on techs in their shop it wont be done for another day or 2. Asked for a rental in the mean time and they do not provide rentals or any transportation for that matter and neither does gm even though it states that in the warranty. long story short if you buy one of these $50,000 vehicles and it breaks down even under bumper to bumper warranty I hope you have another vehicle to drive !

I've called multiple times with all kinds of questions and every single time, each employee that has answered was nothing but accommodating and patient. I have not bought a car yet. Even after I inquire about different vehicles, they treat me like every other customer and don't hang up. Most dealerships would have hungup on me the moment they heard I was only looking and not buying right now. But not this place! I highly recommend them and will be buying in the future!

It was that time again... time to get another new vehicle. I went to Sherwood-Groves because I KNOW their reputation for taking care of their customers, and this time was no different. I had called ahead and spoken to Casey about what kind of vehicle I was in the market for (a Ford F-150 Raptor), and within a few minutes, he had the information I needed. He sent me pictures of the vehicle, fuel economy information, etc. Once I decided on the one I wanted, and after they gave me an incredible price, I arranged to drive the 250 miles to the dealership to make my purchase. Once I arrived at the dealership, Casey greeted me as I was exiting my vehicle with a firm handshake, and a "thank you" for coming. He showed me to the truck I was buying, and went on to show me all of the features of the vehicle. After this, I knew I was sold, and we went into the offices to take care of paperwork. While I was taking care of paperwork, and since Casey knew I was from out of state, he made sure to have my transit tags ready and installed on my new truck. All in all, I don't think I could have asked for a smoother transaction while purchasing a vehicle, and I know I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable or dedicated salesperson than Casey. Finally, I would like to thank the entire team at Sherwood-Groves, specifically Casey, Kaitlyn, Brandon, and Erin. You helped me to get a vehicle for which I had only previously dreamt.

Our experience with Mr. Groves, and the salesman, Scott, was really, really good. They were very nice, professional, and helpful, without being pushy and overbearing. Questions we had were answered honestly and forthrightly, and I don't think we could have had a better car-buying experience at any other dealer.
