Our experience with Fred Beans Chevrolet was great from the time we test drove the vehicle until the purchase. Dan was great. Very informative, honest and accommodating. He made the process easy and stress free. Frank was also great. He worked with us to get to a price we were comfortable with. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at Fred Beans and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

Tried to steal thousands of dollars from me!
Purchased a CPO vehicle from Fred Beans Chevy in Doylestown in Sept-2022. Just took it in for an oil change and they sent me a bill for (hope you are sitting down) OVER $4,000. That includes 2 things that are covered under the bumper to bumper & powertrain warranty (water pump and strut) which THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR!!! Then a host of nonsense services that were literally just done when the car was prepped to be a Certified Pre-Owned car. Unbelievable. What a terrible service experience. I had to file a claim with corporate to get the 3 warranty items to be covered as they should have been from the start. Be very wary!!! God help people who come here and don't understand cars or their warranty. They will take you to the cleaners.

This dealership is the worst.
Went in to look at a truck over 10 years old. Was told if "it made me feel better they would take $200 off the price, "if it made me feel better" when I was willing to pay cash for the truck that day. Never felt so belittled. Never gonna recommend or go back again

Service was okay.. I would appreciate the next time I have my car serviced the mechanics would put my seats (back two rows) the way they found it. Also, my radio is now not working when it was previously working with no issues. I am a bit disappointed by the service I received this time around.

Car was not properly diagnosed
So, I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat, that was not the issue. I wanted to wait to write this because i did not want to come across a certain way.I took my car into be serviced , because the car was ? wobbling ? back and forth. I got an email after the diagnostic ( which cost me 149.95), to tell me I needed all new tires , a front end alignment ( well that I might go by) a new sensor , and new rims, amongst some other things . The total Came to 1,750 approximately. My back tires were not that bad but should probably be replaced in February. My two front tires were brand new. I immediately called the service person and said ? no to all? and paid more then then diagnostic which came to about 190 dollars. I took it to my mechanic ( one of the reason I took it to Fred beans was because the warranty I bought , I knew they took it not sure if my mechanics would take it). They had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes which was the axle! Their total was 700 dollars , a thousand less then what Fred Beans said was wrong with it. They also too my warranty is covered most of it after my deductible. The car has been fine since , not a problem with tires , rims, etc. I will never get another car serviced there again, and really wish I could get my money back!

This place is a joke
So they had (have) a vehicle I was interested in. Was gonna drive 2 hours to see it. But before I was able to make the trip my potential salesman texts me and says they doubt they could get me approved! How would they know this? They never ran my credit I never gave anyone there my SS # ,never filled out a credit app etc. I think they're con artists honestly. Stay away!!!

False Advertising
They advertised as having heads up display and the car does not have it. Virginia was very nice to work with. If you advertise something it should have it!!! Not happy!!!

To whom it may concern, I'm sorry you could not locate the HUD in your 2014 Corvette. The toggles for this feature is located to the left of the steering column on the dashboard. You will see 3 items. HUD, Display and Brightness controls. Each has a feature to assist you in displaying the info that your are most interested. absolutely horrible experience
First off i looked online for a car and found one so i emailed the dealership and what do you know the tell me come on down and look at it the car was listed as new but it was a dealer service vehicle with 5000 miles. So i drive over an hour to see the salesman Allan Schwartz i get there and get the friendly greeting so now i get to sit at the dealer for an hour while they "appraise" my car and they let me test drive the new car. I ended up liking the car and said let's make a deal. from that point they must have been thinking they had a fish on the hook because there was a lot of low numbers being given to me (for my trade) and a lot of high numbers for them until i told them i secured financing from my bank for the loan they needed to come down $1500 in final price i was then treated like trash and had to walk out of the dealership only to be emailed an hour later for a car that was used and not what i wanted and told oh we can do this if you're interested. At that point i was already at another dealer in the area where i was signing papers on the exact same car i wanted for less then the "new" car fred beans was trying to sell me. if you want to get jerked around and robbed i would suggest fred beans all the way if not i would go to another dealer in the greater lehigh valley

Stay Away!
Terrible experience, was lied to and deceived, would not recommend... stay away... look for another dealership. no matter what they say they are selling the vehicle to you for, go elsewhere.
