I was greeted in a timely & courteous manner by Rob Ferguson. I had told him what car I was interested in by phone that morning and he had the car cleaned and ready for our arrival. The test drive,trade appraisell, and negotiations all went smoothly and the deal was completed in 2 hours. It was a fine experience working with Rob & his boss Mark Donohue.

The entire process could not have been easier. I was in and out in less then two hours with my new Van.

Allen (salesperson) was awesome helping me to find a used pickup truck that met all of my specifications. He was in constant communication with me......A pleasure to work with. Entire dealership staff was friendly and welcoming.

Even the minor details were address, for example, "EZPass" tollroad transponder was stillin my car that I was trading in and it was removed from the old car and given to me
