excellant service. Enjoyed the salesman knowledge

I thought the salesman was very helpful in answering all the questions I had about the new car. He cleaned it up and I was on the road within a few hours.

Third Acura Purchased at Piazza of Ardmore

I have now purchased two Acura TLs and recently a 2016 RDX AWD ADV from Piazza of Ardmore. I have also had the TLs serviced there since 2005 (however, they are highly reliable so they don't see them often). The sales team has always been first rate. Most recently I worked with Deneen Strickler who was outstanding. Frankly, we were only there to look at colors for the RDX, but Deneen ended up selling my wife on the RDX so we walked out trading our Highlander for the RDX. Deneen knew the product well, sat with my wife and programed her iPhone to the RDX and went through every screen view on the car explaining its function. No one has ever taken that much time with us especially after we signed the paperwork. She did team up with my wife, so I took some abuse but it was worth it. Thank Deneen! You get at A+ for customer satisfaction. On a side note, the Business Manager (Scott) who I have dealt with before is extremely fair and very honest. He knew what I wanted and did not spend an hour trying to sell me services that I did not want. I highly recommend Piazza of Ardmore!

Quick and Easy! Excellent Experience!

Business dealings with Piazza Acura of Ardmore and specifically Billy Donahue was a pleasure. The entire staff managed the car purchase process quickly, efficiently and professionally. We got the RDX in the color and options we wanted. Negotiations were fair and quick. We had lunch at the KOP mall, while they prepped the car. Delivered on the same day. What more could I ask? I will definitely consider them again if I decide to buy another Acura.

Not much of a service.

It is time to find a new Volkswagen dealer to service my passat and jetta. I had brought my passat in for the 20000 miles service. I asked the service desk to also make sure they rotate the tires and was told that it was part of the service anyway. Apparently my husband always had a suspicion of tires not being rotated in our previous volkswagens (total of 5), so he had put marks on the front rims without my knowledge. Well, even after being told the tires were rotated, my husband told me that they were not when he looked at the car that night. We are very disappointed and lost all faith at the service department. Its very difficult to trust as to what they do or maybe even not do. I just hope volkswagen does not turn in to a Jiffylube where they charge people for oil changes that they do not perform.

Customer Care

I will rate the services that I have received as superior. My last service provided for me was by Shawn. He is an excellent service person who knows how to treat a customer. If Piazza Volkswagen used a scale, I would give Shawn a 10. Shawn charming smile and friendly personality is a plus.

Accurate estimation of service timing

I needed new tires for my 2012 Toureg. I needed to purchase them over the phone in advance, which delayed the process a bit (why I rated the buying process a 3). Once I arrived at the dealership to install and align the tires, I received a very accurate estimate of the timing. It allowed me to grab lunch and do a little shopping while I waited. It didn't drag out longer than the customer service person said, which was a pleasant surprise.

Consistently great experiences

My wife & I have taken our 2012 GTI to this dealership a handful of times, & they're always friendly, organized, & easy to work with. Their rates are competitive & they're never condescending or looking to sell us services we don't need. We're always given options before any work is done.
