My first impression of the quality of service I would receive, & confidence I would have with the dealership was demonstrated to initially by John O. (salesman). He was respectful, welcoming, accomodating & professional. I told him what I was looking for in a newer vehicle, he provided me with vasious choices, but gave me specifically whaty I asked for NOT what he thought I would like (that matters to me). I can't say enough great things about the service, of which I had experience with my 2010 Escape. I receieved exceptionally great service from Mike Kolody & Chris in the service department. Whenever I had to bring my vehicle in for serivce, they communicated, in the most efficient manner possible. Quality customer service is "paramount" & the gentelman that I've mentioned made a lasting impression. I would be remissed if I didn't mention the polite ladies who answer the phones & the cashiers. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. They are awesome & kindness is NOT a hardship. The bar has been set high. These front line personnel effortlessly present & demonstrate Ford Motor Company's motto, "The quality goes in before the name goes on".

Overall great experience!
The whole car shopping experience went very well. The sales people were very courteous and knowledgeable. We really feel as if we made a good choice with our 2015 Explorer and the dealership we purchased it from.

In & out in 15 minutes...
2013 Explorer SPORT !!! I was going so fast on the expressway, that an A pillar exterior molding blew off. Drive into Kennedy unannounced to find out it was covered under warranty, part was in stock and installed, ALL within 15 minutes !!!

Great Expeirience
We had a fantastic experience at JKF. We had visited other car dealerships to test drive other vehicles before arriving at JKF. there is no doubt the only reason we bought at JKF or a Ford was Kevin, our sales man. He quickly found out our needs/wants and by the time we returned from our test drives he had compiled all the options for our purchase. No wasted time, he knew his product, surprising knew our needs and made it happen. Kevin Stuski is an asset. I will buy another car from Kevin.

Good service, very helpful workers
Service was good all people who helped me were courteous and informative, this goes to the young man who greeted me and directed me to service writer to receptionist who took my money.
