The Service Manager Chris was responsive to my calls (less than 24 hours) every time. Upon my arrival, he made arrangements to have a vehicle available for my use so that I was not inconvenienced. Chris telephoned me with updates on the service and when my vehicle would be ready for pick. Charles (Charlie) also provided equivalent service. Charlie took time rom his busy schedule to program my cellular phone to the car system. He went the extra mile to show me what the problem was and how to resolve it on my own. The service team go beyond the call of duty whenever I visit whether the quick lane or overnight service. This is a great team and they should be recognized for the high level and quality service they provide consistently. In addition, I continue to maintain a good rapport with John O and Leroy, members of the sales team. I purchased my vehicle in 2010 and these gentlemen go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of when ever they see me at the dealership.

John Kennedy

I have purchased Ford vehicles for over forty years. I was very pleased with the service I received at this location. I was given an estimate and explanation of the repairs needed and the work performed was a little below the quoted cost. The staff was courteous and patient. I would recommend Kennedy Ford.

Service Department
