Good Service

I found my dream car on cars.com and it was located at Davis Acura in Langhone PA. When I arrived at the dealership the salesman was polite and helpful, the price they had listed online was the price on my new 2005 Chrysler Crossfire. I went in on Monday and drove it home on Tuesday, on Wednesday I had a problem with the car, but the dealer was right there to help. The service staff are great, thanks Mel.

Employees were very friendly, pleasant and engaging. Employees were knowledgeable about the products. Personal interest and attention was given to myself and my husband. They were really eager to accommodate The process involved in buying a new car is tedious. They took their time to go over things and address our concerns. We will probably buy another car here in the future.

Total experience was terrific! Mike was easy to work...

Total experience was terrific! Mike was easy to work with and very helpful. He spent several hours personally working on the car to make sure it was in the best shape for delivery. I've never seen a car salesman do that - thanks Mike! Mercedes in service was also terrific and the most friendly and helpful service employee I have worked with. You can't go wrong buying a car at Davis!

The experience was great overall. Mario Echevarria help us, he was very friendly, couteous and knowledgable. His support staff was excellent too, they made quick decisions and moved the process along. What I appreciated the most was the honesty, they didn't play games we us and we got to the bottom line quickly and gave us a fair price for the car and my trade. I would recommend this dealer.

Have purchased many cars but this was my first with Davis...

Have purchased many cars but this was my first with Davis Acura. My experience here with Davis was outstanding. Everyone from Bob Mathewson, the sales rep, to the sales manager and finance folks were professional and courteous. There was NO hard pressure selling at all. They explained all aspects of their offering but immediately backed off if I was not interested. The service department was also very friendly. This is a high quality dealer that I strongly recommend.

Pre-Owned Certified 2008 Acura TSX

I previously wrote a bad review on this dealership after experiencing some problems with my pruchase. However, once the matter was brought to the attention of Glen Davis owner/manager of the dealership, the matter was corrected far beyond my expectations. I withdraw my previous comments.

I had a few problems with my transaction, but once it was brought to their intention, Davis Acura made it right. I am very happy with my purchase, and I got a great deal on my Used 2008 Acura TSX

As a result of Hurricane Sandy, finding an IDEAL...

As a result of Hurricane Sandy, finding an IDEAL replacement auto for once lost in the storm is not easy. I knew what I wanted to replace the 2011 Acura TSX that I purchased as a CPO vehicle in August this year, and that I owned for all of about 70 days. If you were OK with unwanted colors or no technology package or a manual transmission, there were vehicels to be had. But Davis had the exact car I wanted. Black, Tech Pkg, Automatic, Ultra-low miles. But it was a 2012 and the insurance company paid me for a 2011 so my budget was tight. I visited the Davis CPO showroom on 11/24. I met Ken and we went for a test drive. As expected for a vehicle with 7,000 miles, the car was perfect. In fact, it had never been titled. But we were unable to (during the initial visit) meet my price point. My wife and I left reluctantly. On Monday, 11/26, I chatted on-line with Tim, and told him that I really wanted the car, but I needed a bit more of a discount than they were willing to agree to on Saturday. He immediately reached out to his sales manager and called me back with the good news - we had a deal. But here is the best part. I had a negotiated a deal with a NJ dealer. The NJ dealer wanted $400 for doc fees AND another $100 "detailing fee". Are you kidding ??? The doc fee at Davis was around $100, plus NJ transfer fee, and the car was perfectly detailed when I picked it up. Davis did a great deal for me, and the car has been a dream. I will definitely be going back again...
