Our sales associate was extremely attentive, interactive...

Our sales associate was extremely attentive, interactive and attuned to our wants, needs and concerns. Tirrone presented viable alternatives and was not locked into presenting a predetermined product choice. He was willing to go out of his way to ensure our choices met the needs we discussed. This was the most pleasant, low pressure buying experience we have participated in. It was equivalent to dealing with a friend who was concerned with our overall satisification, as well as closing the sale. Once we had determined the model and accessories, the whole new car sales staff swung into action to deliver the TL promptly and attentively. Only one word to describe the purchase experience: EXCEPTIONAL!

What an enjoyable car buying experience! No really! I...

What an enjoyable car buying experience! No really! I knew exactly what car I wanted and Davis got me out of there in my certified pre-owned TL in 2 hours. They didn't play games, they didn't look to make a killing on me, they gave me a fair deal and away I went. They literally crushed my credit union's interest rate. Look, I'm not naive, they made money on the deal; they have to keep the lights on! But I just didn't feel like they were out to get me like at some other dealers. I had some WE OWE items and they went out of their way to get these done after my purchase. No games, no delays, just got it done. I could not say more good things about my sales rep Tirrone Lillie! I continue to pester this poor guy - with texts on his personal cell phone - and he goes absolutely out of his way POST SALE to take care of me. If you're looking for a straight shooter, please consider giving Tirrone a call! Incredibly pleased with my experience....

Alice Arch

Leaving from tNew York and coming to Pennsylvania with the intention to buy a per-owned car was one of the best thing I have ever done. After making my first stop at a car dealership and didn't get what I want, making my second stop at Davis Acura was the great. First I should say meeting Alice as a dealer, she was very warn and sweet in welcoming my boyfriend and I to Davis Acura. She has that nice personality that would land her any job wether educated or not. As a customer I have see in her a well trained and very professional. Even if I have decide to not buying the vehicle any more. I could not, because she has that patience for her customer which I love very much about her. She gave us all the details about the vehicles, show us inside out and never try to rush us, which I like about her.also we did not have all the money to pay for the vehicle( $500) and she went and speak with the manager who divided to give us a break and let us have the truck. Thanks to you Alice. I appreciate every thing that you have done. You put customers first. Hope to have you as my dealer in the future again.

After going to 5 dealerships prior, I told these guys...

After going to 5 dealerships prior, I told these guys exactly what I wanted, and my price range, in which they found the perfect car for me. Not once did I feel pressured or that I was being lied too like the other places, even another Acura dealer.

Sold from under me!

I had used the dealership for almost twenty years. I was purchasing a used car from them just to stay with the dealership and they sold it from under me!!! I was told the car wouldn't be ready for pick up until Monday but they put the car on the lot, without a sold sign, on Saturday and sold it somebody else without being notified! Money was more important than loyalty!

Having of previously purchased a "lemon" thru...

Having of previously purchased a "lemon" thru some other "crooked dealer" I went with a known dealership. Davis Acura to purchase ny 2006 Honda Pilot. I absolutely not only love this vehicle as I am a disabled person with Multiple Sclerosis and needed a vehicle with large enough space in the back to roll in my motorized chair at times. Since the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Stephen Greenfield and Matt the service manager. Their hospitality and honesty and etiquette was very welcoming. They were very professional and very responsive to my used vehicle requirement and did everything to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Stephen went above and beyond to even physically deliver my vehicle himself to my home because I did not have any transportation to get back over to the dealership as they wanted to run an air purifier in the vehicle before they handed over the keys to my awesome new (used) car to ensure I was a happy customer. As busy as Matt was/is, he knew I was hungry bcecause I asked if I would be able to walk over and get something to eat near by, he was kind enough to drive me over a few doors down as I have difficulty walking. How many people do that? Thank you Matt! A happy customer I am indeed and had the pleasure of having a wonderful experience with Stepehn at Davis Acura! Thank you Stephen and Matt.

My 2009 Nissan Murano

My recent purchase of the 2009 Murano was a A+ experience. I hesitated for years in looking for a used car just because I did not want to be hassled by salespeople. I found that my salesperson, Alice A. was caring, friendly, informative and a no pressure sales representative. I would recommend this dealer as all staff worked together for the satisfaction of the customer.

Excellent treatment from Alice K.

Alice K. was my sale person and she was wonderful! Alice took the time to listen to what I was looking for in an automobile and gave me many options to choose from, keeping my budget in mind. Every vehicle she presented to me had every feature I was wanted, and again, keeping y budget in mind. With the help and guidance of Alice K., I was able to purchase the vehicle I was shopping for with all the features I wanted and more and it remained within my budget. Again, Alice K. was wonderful and I would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle to go see Alice!! 100 stars for her.
