Awesome service

I had to take my car in for an air bag recall and problems with my key fob. I went on a Saturday, yes a Saturday morning at 8. James was awesome! He got in touch with my warranty company, kept me updated the entire time, my air bag and key fob were fixed and I was on my way way before noon... the service and people were so nice and professional and knew exactly what to do

Great service from beginning to end. Made appointment online. Bob kept me advised during my time at Chapman. Follow up from Chapman to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

the car was inspected and it was fine.

If it takes long bear with it. These people have a lot of cars there. It takes a while to get to all these cars.

Horrible

Worst experience. Gives you the run around. Never fixed the original issue and tried to lie about it. Even Volkswagen had to get involved and they also have been dealing with this issue for weeks now. Unacceptable and not great customer service

Cost increased rapidly after they had my truck.

Their estimates don't mean anything, the cost increased rapidly after having my vehicle in their possession. Other customers had their vehicles vacuumed out, mine was not. I told the service rep i broke the guide rails on my sunroof and ask if he could get me a cost to fix it. I was charged 149.95 for the mechanic to say you broke a guide rail $2500 to replace the whole unit (rail replacements are online for 127.00) $500 estimate for 8 sparkplugs and a new belt. Final bill was 1332.55 $8xx.xx for the spark plugs, and the belt. $3xx.xx 2 pulley's $149.95 to give me a price for the sunroof.

Complete Rip-off

Once you drop your car off they will hold it hostage until they bleed every penny from your pocketbook. I’m so mad I won’t go into detail but I rue the day I brought my car here. I just brought my car and it didn’t know the headlight settings so I ran my battery down. Thinking I might had a bad battery I had it checked out at my local Auto Zone. The battery was good so I thought I had some kind of shortage so I took it to Chapman Volkswagen and I ended with a new battery, new spark plugs, and a passenger door wire harness. In reality all I need was a battery charge. And I may or may not gotten the spark plugs and harness. That how much I mistrust them.

Told something different

I needed a loaner car so you guys hooked me up with Hertz. When my car was done the guy in the service center said I could bring it back on Saturday since I got done work late Friday and I wouldn’t be charged anything extra. Saturday I bring rental back and get charged $36. Thanks

Oil & tire rotation

First time I use the new Express Service. Couldn’t believe how fast it was, in & out . Recommend highly. Only thing was a didn’t have coupon, by the way in came in the 2days later. I could have saved approximately $20, well I guess that the luck or bad luck of the Irish.
