first time service customer

we took our '18 f150 to Chapman for a scheduled maintenance. It was our first time servicing our vehicle at this location. Joe Roletter was our Service Advisor, who is extremely knowledgeable and took care of us in a courteous and very professional manner. Great Experience!

Make Bob a Manager!

Bob has been helping my family with all of our vehicle service needs for...25 years now? I think that number is right, ever since my dad got his 1994 Ford Bronco. We only trust Bob and Chapman Ford for all of our service needs. Bob is always friendly, helpful, courteous, responsive, diligent, and quick to get you in and out and back on the road. Give this man a nice bonus to stay because if he ever retires I wouldn't know what to do!

All of the work was completed in a timely manor
