Eric was fast and efficient and incredibly easy to work with. Hugely appreciated his professionalism and balance of helping us understand options without pushing us in any specific direction. Made the visit end on a very high note!

The auto collision shop was horrible to work with.

The auto collision shop was horrible to work with. The manager Smitty was particularly rude. He had the car over several weeks and would not confirm when it would be completed. On July 9 both the insurance company and I were told the car should be done by 4 pm. Water returning rental I was informed that should be done is not would be done and was rudely told to wait for a call the next day I was told they had not located a medallion for the car so it may be another day. At 3:20 I was called to say the car was done the back of the bumper and front bumper were not connected to the car.

I took my car to Scott Honda for Service.

I took my car to Scott Honda for Service. They did a great job. A few weeks later I received a solicitation for a vehicle service contract from Zurich a third party. They sold my personal information without my permission! I called Scott Honda and was told by Courtney Mr Scott does not talk to customers and offer Willie Carter. I was told he would call me in a minute. He never called. Not happy they sold my personal information without my permission. Not happy Mr Scott will not engage with a customer. Not happy Willie Carter did not return my call.

This issue is not closed. I want to know why my personal information was released to a third party without my permission. I need written confirmation that my personal information has been removed from Zurich's systems. I want to know why Courtney promised that Mr Carter would call me in a minute and why he did not call me until noon the next day.

It was wonderful working with Aaron. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. The process of buying a car could not have been easier thanks to Aaron!
