Steve Kauffman is an excellent salesman. I would recommend him to anyone. He understood my needs and took care of me. He was very knowledgable with all of the Hyundai line of cars and options. It was a no pressure atmosphere from the sales to the paperwork. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and attentive. I used the service department with my previous hyundia which is just as great and the reason i came here looking for a car. I highly recommend the Conicelli team.

I'm a sales guy myself, so naturally when someone is trying to sell me something I am overly critical of the sales process and approach of the salesperson. That being said, I feel it is only right to point out that the customer service and sales professionalism I experienced at Conicelli Hyundai, and from Tim Mhay in particular, was second to none. I found working with Tim Mhay to be easy, efficient, friendly, and informative. Steve was very professional and made my new vehicle purchase seamless. I also spoke with Mr. Leonard Scarnato the (F & I) Manager who helped me make great choices on keeping my vehicle running safe and looking great with thier protection plan, which is a cut above the rest. From start to finish everyone in the dealership was very pleasent and very willing to help in any way, shape or form. I worked with Arlene Lapin at Conicelli and she was excellent. I have done several leases and was dreading trading in my car because of the hours it takes to go through the whole process but Arlene made it easy. She scheduled a time to meet with me and already had my car options ready to go and the pricing worked out. Where time and money was my biggest concern Arlene took those into consideration and made the process as quick and easy as possible and got all the logistics out of the way in only a couple hours and the next day I picked up my car. I would highly recommend asking for her if going to Conicelli Honda.

I bought a new Honda from Conicelli back in May and the experience with Sales Consultant Arlene Lapin was fascinating! She is such a patient, honest and friendly lady and guided me through all the processes. She is very experienced with good knowledge of all the brand/models Conicelli carries and she care about the feeling of the customers. Conicelli Nissan is a great place to buy a vehicle. I live 80 miles from the dealership but it was worth the drive. George Giannakopoulos has helped me and my family purchase 5 vehicles, we will always go see him for the best deals. They work with whatever situation you are in to give you the best deal they can. I purchased my Nissan Rogue and absolutely love it. George actually was able to get me the better model at the same price. Once the wheels were in motion, the paperwork was fast and easy. My sales person was Casey Wheat. He was absolutely fabulous! Such a well spoken gentleman. He was very well groomed and would return to ask him any questions that I may have in the future. Besides everything else that Conicelli Hyundai is known for, Casey Wheat was the whip cream with a cherry on top. Would recommend Conicelli Hyundai and Hyundai to everyone that I know. I hope he follows up with me every day so I can hear he voice.

I bought my first car here during the summer of 2013 and It was such an easy experience! I found the car that I wanted on the website and when we went to look at the cars i found it right away and was in love, I had to have it. When we were talking about price I ended up being able to get the car for the online price! Everything was super easy and I highly recommend going to Conicelli.
