Purchasing our new Honda CR V

EVERY aspect of purchasing our new car at Conicelli Honda was professional and pleasant. Our salesperson, Lauren Garvin, was very knowledgeable, friendly and objective. She didn't try to steer us towards any one car but instead gave us all the facts and allowed us to make our own decision. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had and plan on returning to Conicelli Honda for any and all of our automotive needs! Purchased a protection plan which was meant to cover...

Purchased a protection plan which was meant to cover tires and rims, dents, windshield cracks, etc. My car was involved in an auto accident due to no fault of my own, and has been deemed a total loss. Conicelli is refusing to issue a pro-rated refund for the protection plan which is now worthless to me. We were not told that it was nonrefundable during the transaction. If this is a reputable plan, there is no reason to deny a refund. This is what is received after two vehicle purchases. Now that I am entering the car market again, you would think Hyundai would do the honorable thing.

No pressure, just assistance and information

I was an easy customer - I knew I wanted a CR-V. What I didn't want was a lot of hot air and time-wasting sales pitches. With Ms Tricia Brennan, I got exactly what I wanted - the perfect car for me, a complete explanation of the financing process, and specific information that was helpful to adjusting to a new car. I purchased my car in late December; the dealership was very crowded. But Tricia took all the time that was necessary, and not a minute more to help me purchase the car. I would recommend Conicelli to all of my colleagues and friends - it is a very well run business.

Awesome experience

This was my first experience leasing a vehicle, and Conicelli made it very easy. The sales associate that worked with me, Jackson Castor, was very good at following up with my initial inquiries, and helping to walk me through the entire process. On the day of purchase, the leasing agent, and sales associate did everything in their power to help find a deal that worked with my budget, I am very pleased!

Very good buying experience

Hi I just purchased Hyundai Elantra 2013 from Conicelli. Tim Mhay was the sales executive who helped me complete the process. He was extremely helpful in deciding on particular trim and helped enormously in finance process. He went over and above his call of duty in overall enablement.

I had a great experience while leasing my new Hyundai...

I had a great experience while leasing my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport at Conicelli. I worked with JR in sales and was very pleased to realize he knew the Hyundai product well. He always had an answer for my questions about the vehicle, and was able to provide me with the information I needed to make a final decision. Lenny in finance gave me all of my options for payments with no pressure attached. In fact, it was a no pressure or stress transaction all around from start to finish with everyone I was in contact with. Thank you!

A friend brought me your dealership because she had had a good experience there previously. Over a 3 day period John B worked closely with me to show me the features of the car and to alay my concerns. I had never purchased a used car before so I needed alot of assurance. After 3 of my friends checked out the car I was ready. John helped me get the car home to my house without me having to come back for my own.car. He even helped me to see if it would fit in my garage. He's nice, polite, concerned and motivated to give good customer service. Thank you Conicelli for having him on staff. Great Dealership, Great Sales Rep Nate Simon

I've purchased quite a few vehicles in lifetime but i can honestly say I never had such a complete positive experience from first contact through leaving with my beautiful, certified pre-owned Nissan Sentra! I am so thankful that when i called in, someone hooked me up to have Nate Simon as my salesman. He made me feel comfortable placing my trust in him to get me into a great car at the price I told him i could afford. I filled out my application on-line, talked with him once on the phone, set up the appt to meet with him, and within 2 hours was driving away in a like-new, 2010 silver Nissan Sentra SR with only 21,000 miles on it! I simply explained the unfortunate circumstance I found myself in which was that I had a car that wouldn't pass inspection and was going to cost more to get it to pass (couple thousand) than it was even worth. I had already received a citation for expired inspection. I needed another vehicle and I needed it quick and cheap. I had no money to put down but told him i could put $500.00 on a credit card of my Dad's. I asked him to keep my payments the same as i had been paying on the junker car! Without ever leaving the office, he immediatly found a few cars in his inventory that could get me in, narrowed it down to two and within an hour drove up in my beautiful Nissan Sentra SR. He made the whole experience exceptionally positive! I would recommend the Conicelli Dealership and Nate Simon as a salesman to anyone looking for a new or used car!
