I have been buying cars for 50 years, and this was my...

I have been buying cars for 50 years, and this was my best experience ever. John Baumgardner was extemely friendly and knowlegable and had a great personality for car sales. Not hyper or pushy, just very pleasant to deal with (unlike some other dealers I had visited). Price in the newspaper ad was honored with any hidden costs. I opted for some extras and was able to strike a deal directly with the sales manager, Oliver Woolfolk. No hopping back and forth between the salesman and "the man behind the curtain!" The finance manger prepared the papers quickly and I was out the door with my new car. I highly recommend Conicelli Hyundai and their staff. Ask for John Baumgardner and you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Arlene Lapin

Arlene Lapin was not your usual sales person. She was refreshingly low key, informative, and very genuine. Having done my research prior to actually visiting the dealership, I knew exactly what I wanted - a 2013 AWD Cr-V EX L w/navigation system. I went to Conicelli because of the price quoted online, the convenience of the location, and recommendation from friends regarding their service departments. To be honest, I purchased from Conicelli because of Arlene's great service. However, my total experience wasn't the best - the price quoted online apparently did not include the navigation system which I did request on my quote, the sales manager, Mr. Hammond, was not of Arlene's caliber - His demeanor was abrupt and condescending and had a take it or leave it attitude with me and the purchasing process took a very long time. I LOVE my new Honda CR-V EX L. I knew I wanted this particular car and Arlene Lapin was the reason I purchased it at Conicelli Honda. Hopefully, their service department will make me glad I made this decision. Special note: I did notice that another female reviewer referred to the sales manager at Conicelli Honda as condescending. (July, 2013) That is not a good characteristic to have as a sales rep much less as a manager.

Car selection and pick up

I would recommend Conicelli to everyone I know. Ben Moran our salesman was so informative and kind. The financial department was very efficent and had all paperwork in order for a quick check out.

Go see Anton Butcher at Conicelli. Great salesman with you in mind. makes buying or even looking fun. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Go see him!!

I gave Nate a top of the line rating in every catagorie because he is both Professional and knowledgable about the vehicles and the entire process. Nate continues to make himself accessible to us for any questions or concerns even after the sale of the automobiles. I would highly recommend Nate Simon to everyone in the market for a car. It was a pleasure doing business with him. This review applies to the two vehicles that we purchased at Conicelli with Nate Simon.

This is a great dealership from which to purchase a car....

This is a great dealership from which to purchase a car. The sales consultants are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. All of the people from the General Manager, Oliver Woolfolk,,Sales Consultants, Casey Wheat and Anton Butcher, to the detail technicians, take an interest in the customers and are cordial. Anton Butcher greeted me the first day I went to the dealership to test drive the Genesis. I really liked the car but wasn't sure I was ready to purchase the car without seeing and test driving other vehicles. I went back a week later but Anton wasn't working so Casey Wheat greeted my brother and me to find out our interest in the vehicle. He took us on another test drive and answered all my questions. Along with Oliver Woolfolk and Casey Wheat, I got a fabulous deal. Casey has continued to help me with understanding how to use some of the technology in the car on two occasions since my purchase. I will recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai product, purchase it from this dealership.

Nate Simon

Nate Simon my salesperson at Conicelli Toyota took me from being apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle to a magnificient, relaxation experience. I was in doubt if I could get the vehicle I wanted within my budget. Nate was patient, answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and provided valuable insight for financing. Nate is extremely knowledgable in his craft and put me at ease, I told him I was looking for a sedan but my son who was with me informed Nate that I really wanted an SUV. Long and behold Nate was able to get me a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 perfect for my needs, wants and within my budget. Family and friends are exicted with my SUV, they all have commented that it was about time I got one. My expierence at Conicelli Toyota with Nate Simon was amazing and I would highly recommend Nate to anyone I come in contact with. Great Job and keep up the fantastic service Nate.

Toyota Rav4

Recently I purchased a 2010 RAV4 from Nate Simon at Conicelli Toyota. Nate helped me find the exact car and I wanted and provided me with financing choices. I would recommend purchasing a car from Conicelli they have so many choices if you cant find it there you probably can't find it anywhere!

The best sales experience EVER!

The sales experience that I had at Conicelli is/was the BEST one ever!! Casey Wheat was our salesman and he was by far the most courteous, professional, respectful, diligent... I can go on... Casey was the best to work with!! I was shopping with my parents in their Hyundai division and by the time the day was over my parents purchased a newly used 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe and I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited right off the showroom floor! I recommend Conicelli Hyundai and Casey Wheat to anyone looking for a used or new Hyundai!! EXCELLENT!!

Good Experience

I made on on-line appointment to see a 2012 Hyundai Tucson Limited that was advertised in the Inquirer. Got a prompt relpy and went to the dealership where I was greeted by Casey Wheat. Casey was very friendly and knowlegable... took us for a test ride and we agreed on a price that I believe was fair for everyone. I was at the dealership for about 2.5 hrs and then drove home very happily in my "new to me" car. There was a piece on trim missing, but it was already on order. Casey followed up with me as soon as the part came in and I had it installed shortly thereafter. I have no complaints and would recommend Casy and the dealership.
