Conicelli Autoplex

My experience at this dealership was great. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The customer service was awesome and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I am extremely indecisive and it took quite awhile to make a decision, but the salesman, Casey, was extremely patient. I would recommend Conicelli to anyone.

I was in the market for a new car. I was very interested in the newer hyundai elantras, but I was concerned that I would not be able to afford it. Casey Wheat and Kristina Banet were fabulous and did everything they could to get the car at my price point. They were not pushy in selling it to me, but did everything in their power to lead me in the right decision and make the process as easy as possible. They even took my rental car back. Casey Wheat was fabulous and so fun to work with!

My experience worked out very well. I was able to trade in my vehicle which owed money on and come out with an almost brand new car. Nate Simon did an excellent job. He was a great salesperson. He had my back and I trusted him.

When I came in for my appointment with Nate Simon, he was very warm, friendly and attentive. Once I explained to him what I was willing to pay a month, he took me out to their lots and showed me several vehicles. He didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't like. He simply drove me around with my family; two sisters, my neice and an infant--imagine that--You never know what a day will bring but he patiently endured the family adventure as we drove around viewing cars...lol. Anyways, he was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He listened attentively to my requests and I walked away with a 2012 Chrysler 200, great mileage and still within my budget. I was satisfied and happy. I definitely spoke about Nate to my other family members and texted his information to friends. I will without a doubt forever be a loyal Conicelli customer--thanks to Nate Simon.

I met with Nate Simon, he is by far the best. Didn't feel pressured into buying anything like most people may make you feel. My first time buying a car and it couldn't have gone any smoother. He also keeps in mind what your budget is and really works with you to ensure you get the best deal. Walked in just to look at what was available and walked out the same day with my brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla. Asked for Nate Simon and you'll be in god hands.

I was very discouraged after visiting two different car dealers in my area, but when I got the call from Nate Simon, he explained the process and assured me he was able to help. When I arrived at the dealership, he was friendly, & courteous despite working with another customer at the same time. I have problem credit, and was very hesitant to try and obtain a car loan, as prior turn downs have been embarrassing. I applied online and Nate Simon contacted me immediately. He was able to tell me exactly what was needed and what I was approved for, so before even going to the dealership in person I could browse the inventory. Even once I got to the dealership, I thought that I would not be leaving with my new vehicle, but boy was I wrong. I was looking for something newer but practical. Nate Simon listened to what I wanted and put me in a very nice upgrade. I traded in my 2000 Mazda, and was surprised when they gave me above book value for the trade. He did not try to sell me a newer, nicer, more expensive car, that I would not be able to afford. I LOVE my 2009 Hyundai Sonata, low miles, drives awesome, Bluetooth, XM radio, and all for a price I can afford. This is just what I need to build my credit back up. I have and would definitely recommend anyone to go see Nate Simon at Conicelli. He was very personable and did not come of as the typical salesman type. I had gone to 3 other car dealers and was totally frustrated. Nate Simon made me feel like a person and my purchase was stress free, he was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and knew what he was talking about and I left with a beautiful car. I have already sent a friend to Nate and she too brought a car, I intend to send more friends/family to Nate I would definitely go back to Concelli.

I came in just to see if I could leave off the lot with a car . I thought I wouldn't be able to , but Mr. Nate Simons Made sure I would leave satisfied. He was very patient with me & the process!
