Everything was wonderful! So wonderful that my boyfriend who wasn’t even in the market for a new car purchased one as well! There was no pressure, just great service! Corey and everyone there was amazing!

Anticipate the customer's wants and needs.

My salesman paid attention, listened to me and helped to guide me in the right direction. After much discussion it was like he could read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted. A week later buying the second car was a breeze.

Finally a friendly, no nonsense dealership

Wonderful experience for car buying. The staff was friendly, never felt pressured or taken advantage of. They were all transparent and worked hard on several different financing options, to make sure I was getting the best deal. Finally found a trustworthy dealership that doesn’t feel like the typical car selling snakes. Couldn’t be happier, I will definitely be buying my cars from here in the future.

Purchase of new Tucson

Great overall customer experience . I usually do not enjoy car shopping with aggressive and sales tactics. But did not experience any of that here and Mike was awesome and honest to work with

Purchasing experience

Very much appreciated the professional way the entire transaction was handled from the trade in value to the pricing on my new vehicle. I was kept informed and up to date on the arrival of my new vehicle and assured that the dealership would be able to secure the maroon color I wanted. I was more than pleased when it came. Tim Mhay and TJ took very personal interest in the transaction. I would have returned to Conicelli if only for the excellent service experiences of the past two years,but received so much more!!

Steve was great! He has been helping my family with cars for the last few years. My dad, aunt, sister, and husband all lease vehicles. We are all happy with the service, and pricing. Steve is easy to talk to and is informative but not too pushy! I will continue to work with him, if I decide to lease another car in the future.

Being Harassed by Phone Calls

I have never been to this dealership and live over an hour away from Conshohocken, but for some reason I have received 9 phone calls from them either reminding me of my service appointment or following up with my service. I called a few times to get it removed, but to no avail. I finally reached a very nice woman who said she found my number in the system and removed it, however it seems like that did not work. The past two weeks I have received three follow up calls on my cell phone while I am at work regarding appointments that I have never had. This is not a new cell phone number for me. I have had it for 13 years. Today I called once again to try to get my phone number removed and the person that answered the phone was actually rude about it. "I am so sorry for inconveniencing you, Sir!" I hope the technical skills are a whole lot better than their customer service skills!!! Thank you very much for constantly bothering me at work!!! I have actually driven that far for the right vehicle, but not to this dealership.
