John was personable, knowledgeable, and respectful, which is a rare trait. He made my transition from a sedan to SUV a lot easier than anticipated...as I love my new Hyundai!! One of the easiest car buying experiences of my life!

My first experience with Hyundai. Salesman was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I was able to test drive the car to see how well it performed and I liked it immediately. I never felt pressured by the salesman for a quick decision about buying. I had questions about some of the options and John answered them to my satisfaction. Also, the manager made a point to meet me and ask if there was anything that he could do to help. It was the first time I had ever seen a manager in all my years of buying new cars.

This is the eight Hyundai I either bought or leased from Conicelli, almost all from the same salesman (Darryl Smith). I've loved the style and features of every one I've owned, and most importantly, have been keep from serious injury when t-boned by the structural integrity of the vehicle's construction (Santa Fe model). Would love to see a more serious repeat customer allowance for anyone have purchased as many Hyundai vehicles as I have, but have about three years to work on that one before it's time for the next purchase.

THEY ALWAYS EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS IN SALES AND SERVICE. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE SUV I WANTED BUT JUMPED RIGHT ON CALLING OTHER DEALERS TO GET IT. DID NOT TRY TO TALK ME INTO ONE THEY HAD ON THE LOT.

Very patient and enjoyable service. Khalid helped me each step of the way. He did not try to get over in anyway. The process was long but worth it. I love my new car.
