AMAZING SERVICE
All of the staff were amazing. My car broke while I'm away from school far from home and they treated me like family. They were so kind and out me at ease in my mini crisis. I cannot thank them enough for all the effort they out in to helping me. I recommend going to them for your service. They even let me see what exactly was wrong with the car. Again great service and great people. Also wonderful facilities.

Josh & Jaun were were very helpful and made it easy to complete the purchase. Also, the financial department was great. I do not have the women's name that completed our paperwork, but she was very good too. Thank you.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
It was a please working with Conicelli Hyundai, I had gone to another, unnamed Huyndai dealership in the area and had a horrible experience. I then made an online inquiry about a car at Conicelli.. I was immediately called back and had a very pleasant experience with the on-line sales department, who were willing to work with my needs. I set up an appointment and was greeted by a very knowledgeable staff. The overall experience couldn't have been better, especially considering the initial experience at a different dealership, which almost strayed me away from buying a Hyundai all together.

Power failure alarm- Accord Hybrid '17
Brought my car in on Monday at 11am to have a tech diagnose the power failure alarm on my dashboard. Service rep who met me said that Conicelli Honda Service was full and that it would take 3 to 4 hours. The rep suggested that I take my car to Martin Mainline Honda off Lancaster road about 20 miles away. This was sub-standard service in my view. All that I asked was for a tech to plug a diagnostic device into the car to figure out what the alarm was all about.

Car is ok did not experince the WOW of new car ownership
While I really don't have issues, I have to say I am not overly excited about this purchase. The car is very nice and works well, but that is about it. I was a bit disappointed in the color of the exterior but more so with the interior it is gray and I really don't care for gray. The features are very nice but it is missing a few that I would liked to have such as electric folding side mirrors. I also own a KIA and I do think their interiors feel more luxury. I will say I was a bit concerned about the high volume in the service department, it kind of leads me to believe the car might develop a lot of service issues as it ages. I had to have service as my car had a fault in the media system on deliver. When the part came in I was contacted to set an appointment to have the repair made. When I arrived at service the tech checking me in had no idea of what the issue was. Thank goodness my sales person Daniele stepped in and got it sorted. Would I buy another Hyundai? The jury is still out, perhaps I will grow to like the car more as I own it for a while.

I've been very happy with Conicelli, their prices were great, Darryl Smith is always great to work with, and the process between walking in with a lease and walking out with a new car purchased was quick, easy, and pressure free.

Pleasant, insightful, gave me answers that I didn't even know I would need. Superb attention to detail. Didn't leave me even after i decided I wanted a different color! Yes, women are like that but I've already been told my vehicle is the best looking in the parking lot AND that I look good behind the wheel! :-).
