Have bought or leased numerous cars (~10) from various Conicelli dealerships, especially from the Hyundai store. Excellent sales and service is always the norm. For this particular sale, Nick got pulled into a lease buyout sale at the last minute and did an excellent job all the way around, as did the entire group all the way through to finance (Kudos to Chris Colella for making the whole paperwork process so easy!) There simply is no reason to go anyplace other than Conicelli for car purchases

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!

Very Unhappy ex-customer!!!
Bought a use $32,000 car w/5900 miles on it. When i got home i found that the grill of the car was cracked and a piece broken off. I call the dealership up and the manager reply to me was "Its a used car and they r AS IT!! A $32,000 used car w. low mileage is AS IT!!! UNBELEIVABLE!!! So now i have to Put of pocket over $375 for a upper grill for my AS IT car. I regret buying there and I don't recommend Conicelli they will take your money and leave you hanging when you have a problem. Why do they even give a warranty?

This is the second automobile we have purchased from Conicelli. Both experiences were upfront and forthcoming. The salespeople are knowledgeable and not high pressure. I strongly recommend a visit to Conicelli if you are searching for an automobile. I purchase a HONDA Civic and am very happy. Not a HYUNDAI.

I booked the scheduled interval maintenance for my
I booked the scheduled interval maintenance for my specific cars mileage on their website a month in advance. On the day of service the Service Manager said they can only do an oil change and not the proper maintenance that’s listed on their website and the owner’s manual of my car. He then attempted to sell me a windshield treatment as if it was more important than the preventative maintenance… This is the 2nd time this has happened. Also found several dirt smudges on the hood. Not sure if they are short staffed and/or inexperienced but I will not be coming back to Conicelli
