Cant say enough good things about Lori, TJ and entire

Cant say enough good things about Lori, TJ and entire crew at Conicelli. Have bought or leased 5 vehicles from them, always helpful, always courteous, always go the extra mile for the customer. Even in this tight market came up with a very reasonable deal and gave me a very fair value on my trade in. Thanks, Conicelli for coming through as always.

The experience for the purchase was great, but that's where it ended. Trying to contact someone for service is impossible. I've called repeatedly trying to get a person on the phone so I can get my rims fixed. I bought the wheel insurance from them, but I can't use it because they won't call me back. The last time I made an appointment I was told I would have to come back on a Thursday and leave the car for at least the day. I was hoping to get my regular service done at the same time, but again, they don't call me back and it's been over a week since I've left message and wrote them through the Hyundai app. Not sure what's going on, but I'm at their mercy, so I guess I'll have to play by their rules. I'll update if I ever get a call back.

Hello all, Keith Glass here. I was just in for a 30,000 mi service on my '18 Tuscon SE awd at Conicelli Hyundai and worked with serv. person PJ. All went well as was able to use service coupons towards the normal service charge price. I handle the filters, gas additive and they worked with me. They did all the inspections and the rest as well as my request to check brakes. As had sounds of squeal and grinding but all ok. I dropped off veh. but got call back with in 2 hrs and I could have waited. also requested my depth of tread on tires and brake pads depth. I spoke with Pat McGarry - Serv. mngr. and said hello who I have also e-mailed in the past. Thank you very much and have a great Memorial holiday long w/e and remembering any and all. KHG

Tom Tolis was the ABSOLUTE BEST salesman I have ever came across I been looking for the a car for a VERY long time going to different dealerships & not being satisfied and he was the most patient, genuine, intelligent, dedicated guy you can ask for. This was the most perfect car buying experience I’ve ever

This was the most perfect car buying experience I’ve ever had… from my first phone call with Montana (- forgive me if I got her name wrong) to Keely and finally Gianna. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Many people worked hard to get my car ready so that I could buy it and walk out the door with it within hours of my initial, late in the day, call! I just wish Conicelli was closer to my home so I could have my car serviced there in the years to come! I absolutely love my new Kona and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! You all are top notch! Thank you!
