Your dealership sucks- had my granddaughter car for 6 days and originally said it would take 5 hours and now calls and it’s been tomorrow tomorrow - let’s just be honest ! She has no other car and depends on rides - this is not right - why? Cause she is a young female ? Pull up your panties and let’s be honest with her and you told her you had no loaner? We live in Abington !!! 6 days!!

Aaron and Dennis did a great job explaining all the details of the new Hyundai Palisade I was purchasing and I love this vehicle. Then I met with the finance manager Michael Jordon and we seem to hit it off. He is a fellow Veteran and because of that I trusted him. This was a huge mistake. He explained what sounded like services INCLUDED in the purchase price INSTEAD they were OPTIONAL “Products” that were ADDED to my loan without me knowing about it. Michael said he was hooking me up when in fact he taking advantage of me. The sticker price on the car was $44,250. The mark up was $2,500 or so I thought. I had a $8,000 trade in, intended to only put down $4000 but ended up putting down $7000 because Michael ADDED $6,584 to the base number I should have been financing. The above plus the $500 veteran discount. Brought me to a deduction of $15,500. That should have brought the cost down to $31,500 with taxes and included fees I SHOULD have financed $33,900 INSTEAD Michael Jordon ADDED the Following OPTIONAL PRODUCTS: $3,600 EXTENDED WARRANTY because the actual warranty is 5 yrs/ 60,000 miles. $1,735 TOTAL CARE PACKAGE $850 GAP INSURANCE $399 WINDOW TREATMENT A total of $6,584 This was ALL ADDED TO MY LOAN WITHOUT Michael ever explaining the costs involved or that they were OPTIONAL SERVICES. I want every single person who chooses to use Conicelli ( I will never go again or get any service there) to understand you HAVE A CHOICE and do NOT NEED ANY OF THESE OPTIONAL SERVICES. What’s worse, if that is possible, is that to Quote “ your interest rate was based on the amount of your loan prior to the additions of products. You were approved to include them at your same interest rate.” He added those products after I put down all that money. I only did that to lower my payment when ALL ALONG I DID NOT HAVE TO PUT THAT MUCH MONEY DOWN SINCE I WOULD ONLY HAVE BEEN FINANCING $35,464 with a payment that fit my budget. I CAUGHT his lies and had All but the $399 canceled. Because he had already put that window treatment on my car without ever telling me the costs. And now that service is useless because he also said it could only be put on at Conicelli. It is a shame a Veteran would Scam another Veteran. I hope that this review helps the next person who goes to Hyundai Conicelli know the expected optional costs and this way they can make an informed decision whether they want those products or not. I wasn’t given that choice. I still feel like I lost out here. SHAME ON CONICELLI Buyer Beware.

Well it seems as much as the people at Conicelli say they want to be sure I’m happy and the issue is resolved they don’t really mean it. They removed the fees, although it is not showing on my loan yet, and so I believe The best way to resolve my issue is to cut me a check for the products that were placed on my loan WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I have now sent an email to Dominic Conicelli, Glen Beck and TJ Smith without hearing one single word back. So the ball is in your court now Do The Right Thing. Funny how the motto is “It’s a nice place to do business” but in my experience it’s far from that.

I'm 72 years old physician and met a lot of different sales people at different dealerships in Philadelphia area and suburbs, but with great degree of confidence I would like to claim that Clara Henry is the best sales Lady in the tristate area. She is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, the most loyal to her customers, amazingly attentive and kind.
