I had come to this dealership for the first time after shopping around at a few other dealerships between different makes/models and didn't have the best experience as a first time car shopper. I had felt that a few of the other sales consultants were trying to take advantage of my young age and the fact that I was shopping for a new car alone and for the first time. At Conicelli, George Quigley made me feel very comfortable immediately and did not put any pressure on me to walk out with a car that night! I would not have been able to because I needed some paperwork before trading in my current vehicle, but many of the other dealerships wouldn't take that into consideration and made me feel anxious and uncomfortable. George on the other hand made the entire process very easy and answered all of the many questions that I had about leasing and exactly what I would need to trade my car in. He also made sure that I was getting a good deal with what I could work with in my budget. Overall the entire process was pretty painless and a lot better than I thought would be when getting my first new car!

Casey wheat was our salesperson. It was our first time at this dealership and excellent service, no pressure just a delightful experience . I would highly recommend using Casey as your salesperson.

I had a great experience with Dmitriy last night as he helped me with my new 2015 Sonata. Although the process seemed like it took forever, in the long run it paid off. He was attentive and made sure I got the best finance deal with the banks. Thanks Dmitriy for all your help! -Anthony

I have been a client of Conicelli for over 12 years through Troy Davis. I am currently on my 5th lease. Each time Troy has been excellent with making feel like a valued customer. This last lease I had some credit issues and I was very nervous about being qualified for another lease. My credit issues had nothing to do with car payments. I pay all my notes on time yet had other credit issues. Troy and conicelli made me feel just as valued as a customer as I did when I had great credit. Troy eased my nerves and said he would get me in another car and that he did. I would recommend everyone to Conicelli. They truly live up to their slogan its a nice place to do business. I look forward to my next lease in about three years.

This was my first time buying a car. I thought the process would be painful to say the least. Thanks to the help of Andrew Diem, Rob Durant, and Steve Osbourne it was anything but. They made my first car buying experience quick and painless. I found the car I wanted and they gave me a price that worked for me. I can't thank them enough for all their help. I purchased my last car from Conicelli 9 years ago and my wife's about 5 years ago and had a great experience both times. So when it was time for me to get a new car it is the first place I went. I walked into the Conicelli Hyundai dealer and was approached right away in a nice a way. They asked what I was looking for and had me talk with the salesperson Casey Wheat. Casey was great throughout the whole process. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and definitely honest. You can tell he understood how big of a purchase a car can be and made sure that all my concerns and needs were met. I didn't feel pressured at all the whole time we were there and after all was said and done I don't think I could have gotten a better deal. Along with Casey, the Sales Manager Rob Durante made sure the deal went smooth and quick and that it was the best for deal for all parties. There was not a ton of fake back and forth between the salesperson and sales mgr that I have experienced at other dealerships. "Let me go ask my manager" 15 mins later, "Sorry this is the best we can do". Rob was involved through the whole sale and made things easy. He and Casey worked great together. The finance manager, Lenny Scarnato, was great as well, even if he is a Giants fan ; ) I couldn't be happier with my car and my experience. I will never go to another dealership again.

My daughter recently bought a car from Nate Simon at Conicelli. She was extremely pleased with her experience. I had been shopping for a car, so I went to see Nate. He treated me with respect and "worked his magic" to get me a financing rate I was comfortable with. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. Nothing was a problem. I had to leave and go to work. When I returned in the evening, all the papers were ready for me to sign. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I am a return customer, bought previous 2 cards here! Bought a new 2015 Altima! Love it! Got a great deal, and Conicelli honored any and all sales discussions despite error made on the sales order and on car brught in from another dealer that ended up in my favor. I left very happy and return again to do business!

It was so easy to set an appointment for a test drive. They had the car waiting and a representative, Casey, ready as soon as I got there. I was encouraged to take a longer test drive than normal to actually get a good feel for the car (2014 Hyudai Veloster Turbo R-Spec). Even though I wasn't able to make a purchasing descision that day, I was given some informed knowledge about the entire buying process, availible offers and detailed descriptions of how things worked without feelings pressured at all. Would definitely return and will probably buy my car from here when I can.
