He was very knowledgeable in every aspect of JEEP Wrangler Rubicon 4xe. He even took the extra time to setup my phone with the required apps and showed/explained to me every minute detail about Rubicon. Quick and easy with no wait. Everyone was very professional and took care of me asap

I was sent an email certifying to bring my Jeep for the steering damper recall. I even got a call from the dealership. It’s I brought my car to the dealership, the manager, Jesus Martinez totally ignored my presence as I was the only customer at the desk. One of his employees decided to address me and he was quick to distract her with some computer nonsense. Another customer came in and he was very attentive to the customer while I was still waiting for assistance. After spending 25 minutes in the service center, I learned that they did not have the parts available to fix May car. No apology or promise was offered. I simply had to get my keys and leave.
