What you need

Big two is the perfect place for vehicles. Either buying, leasing, repairs or service. Big two helps with every need. Zack Kimball was my service tech. Very enthusiastic about help a you and getting your needs for fulfilled. You can tell he knows what he is doing. This place is so beautiful with the salon and extras to take part in while you wait. Free wifi ftw! Thanks big two!

Best car buying experience

Bought a new Camry Hybrid (who knew such a thing existed?!?) and our salesman was Andres Jimenez. He was awesome - pleasant and knowledgeable, patient with our many questions. Showed us a couple of different cars, went with us on a fairly lengthy test drive. We tied him up for most of a day debating the pros and cons of new vs used, gasoline vs hybrid. He listened to our needs, made helpful suggestions, found us a discount that we weren't aware of (military in addition to fleet sales). He made a painful experience (buying after having our previous car totaled in an accident) nearly painless, even gave us lunch tickets! We highly recommend Andres to anyone looking to buy through fleet sales.

Great Experience

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Big Two Toyota of Chandler and Andres Jiminez made buying my new Highlander the best auto purchase process I’ve ever encountered. I will happily refer friends and family to this dealership, and to Andes specifically, when they’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Classic BAIT and SWITCH

I worked with a internet sales rep which we agreed upon the price over the phone which was an excellent offer. I made an appointment to meet with him the following day to test drive and "kick the tires" in hopes of driving away with it. I arranged outside financing for the total amount we agreed upon. When I arrived for the appointment, they vehicle was fresh off the truck so they needed an extra day to complete it (install decals, apply tint, check fluids, check air in tires, etc). Throughout the conversation, I confirmed with the rep 3 separate times that the price was the same as we agreed, he absolutely assured me that those are hard numbers and won't change. When I showed up the following day to pick up my new vehicle, they dropped the good ol' classic BAIT AND SWITCH! "Sorry Sir, we can't sell this vehicle for that amount. This is too far below invoice" They had 2 other reps try to 'work out a deal' with me but not even close to the original, about $2,300 off!! A complete waste of time to all involved. This dealerships rating being well below the average is an accurate depiction of how they operate. There are many other options to choose so there is no need to deal with this dealership. Disgusting tactics!!

Lies, lies and more lies..

I bought a 2019 Tacoma and brought it I to service after I heard a howling coming from the rear differential. The tech rode with me in the truck confirming the howling coming from the rear end.... three days later they call and tell me that the howling noise is NORMAL! It only occurs from 55-60 and is loud. I didnt have that noise when I bought the truck less than 30 days ago! Drivetrain warranty...extended warranty...and they tell me "you just have to live with it". Oh, I test drove the same vehicle at another dealership and there was no noise, the tech lied telling me he drove 2-3 new trucks and the rear differential howls on all of the new Tacomas. Total runaround. I definately wont be coming back here again.

Hi Tacoma19, I am sorry to hear that you feel the way you do about your Tacoma. We did follow Toyota protocol while we had your truck which includes creating a case with technical assistance. I would be more than happy to coordinate a visit with a Toyota Field Specialist so Toyota can be directly involved in the concern you have with your truck. I do not have the details of his visit other than it will be in January but if you would like once I get his schedule (he sends it out within the first 10 days of the month) I will contact you and coordinate with you to meet with him. I was not made aware that you had a concern past what we had discussed in Tony’s office the other day, Danny spent several hours over the course of 3 days investigating your concern. I didn’t receive any indication that you still had a concern other than a negative review. We want to get to the bottom of your concern but we need to get Toyota involved so they can do their research and help us both out. Excellent Service

ROBOCALLERS! BEWARE! Terrible Management!

I contacted them in June for a quote on a vehicle through TrueCar. They have called me daily, sometimes multiple times in a day, and won't stop despite my asking them very nicely to TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THEIR LIST. Do not do business with them. They will straight up harass you. Too many other dealers in the valley to buy from such a terribly managed company.

I would like to apologize Aaron. I tried to reach you but understand you not answering my call. I have removed your number from our system and will address the issue with all or staff. When you ask to be removed from our call list they should have notified management so that calls would stop. Unfortunately they did not alert management and so your lead would continue to show up every day for follow up. Again, I apologize for the aggravation.

Great place filled with excellent personal.

I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff was very pleasant to work with, lunch was good, and the knowledge level was off the hook. Probably the best car buying experience I have had, even the finance experience was great. Thanks Brad

Best buying experience

The sales people were knowledgeable, good listeners,and not pushie. I have purchased here before and this has been the best experience. My experience with the sales deptment was excellent.

Made buying our new car so easy

The staff was great and made the overall car buying experience very good. They quickly found the vehicle I was looking for, we got to drive it and made sure everything was what we wanted, then worked out a deal (which was quick and easy to feel like we were getting a great price on our new car). Thanks a lot to Amy and Tony for a fantastic car buying experience.
