When I visited the Chandler BMW service center every one...

When I visited the Chandler BMW service center every one went out of their way to be helpful. My 88 year old mother was with me and the sales people treated her very kind and courteous. A salesperson offered her a cup of tea and even made it for her while she waited. I also found the showroom as well as the ladies room to be very clean. This made the wait for my car seem much shorter than it actually was. All I can say is kudos to the Chandler BMW sales and service team. Marcia Norman

J.C. Chokrach is the reason that I purchased my certified pre-owned BMW X-5 from the Chapman Dealership. He had the patience and a pleasing persistence to work with me over several months while I was thinking about trading. His willingness and tactful approach sold me on him and his dealership early on and when I finally made the trade, he was true to form through the negotiation of the final price and transaction process. I feel good about my purchase and look forward to my continuing relationship with J.C. and his service department. J.C. Chokrach made sure that I was properly introduced to the dealership management and service department and got all of the touch-ups and details accomplished as promised and on-time to what was promised. I would highly recommend that you consider working with J.C. Chokrach when you are in the market for a great vehicle and a fair, professional purchase process.

I have been going to the service department at Chapman BMW for about a year and a half. Stacy is friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to take my BMW here.

I am extremely disappointed with Chapman BMW and BMW in...

I am extremely disappointed with Chapman BMW and BMW in general. I bought this factory certified 2008 550i in 2010 with 36K miles. I bought the extended warranty for 3 additional years and up to 100K miles. I now have 66K miles. The car has been using more and more oil over the past 2 years. I alerted my service consultant (Jennifer) several times about the oil usage. I was assured this is normal (about 1 QRT every 3000-4000 miles) even thought it didn't use any the first year I had it. Now I'm adding a QRT about every 2000 miles. Again, I was assured this is normal. I've been around cars a long time and this is not normal. I finally confronted them and had them check it out. The engine needs to be rebuilt for around $8100. The best part is I thought I was still under warranty. I am no longer under warranty!! I talked to the service mgr Garret and then the Chapman BMW manager Randy. Neither was willing to do the right thing and fix it. I am a business owner and I completely understand warranties and working with the public. I always choose to do what's right, not what's under warranty. I never want a customer to be extremely unhappy with us if there is a good reason. I expected Chapman BMW and BMW in general to do the right thing but they have decided not to. It is their decision. My decision is to let other people know how I was treated so you can avoid this yourself. I will never bring my car back to Chapman BMW and I will unfortunately never buy a BMW again. It's a sad day to say the least!!

Andy was my service advisor and he was absolutely...

Andy was my service advisor and he was absolutely excellent in every way. I've had BMWs for 10 years and consider Andy to be the best service advisor.

Always a great experience when visiting the Chapman...

Always a great experience when visiting the Chapman Dealership (Chandler location) and working with David. Now all we need to have is a 2011 750 on sale (coming off a lease) for less than $40K. :-)

Kris Mason was waiting for me when I arrived for my...

Kris Mason was waiting for me when I arrived for my 7:00am appointment for annual service. I spent literally 2 minutes getting out of the car and getting a cup of coffee. By the time my coffee was in need of a refill my car was done. Unbelievable service!! I had also purchased an iPhone adapter but it turned out to be the incorrect version. Kris checked into the correct part and it will not be available until Feb 1. He pre-ordered it for me. Next stop they will put it in. Great bunch of folks at Chapmans!!!!

Dealership is awesome. Lots of option and good inventory...

Dealership is awesome. Lots of option and good inventory but horrible customer service and service department. I bought a one year old Lexus that was horribly cleaned despite my two repeated visits. Car remained dirty and polish left all over the curves, on rubber by door sills and bumpers. Windows remained dirty. On my complaint never got a call back from used car manager despite my email and VM I left. I can't recommend the dealership to my friends but I will still come due to good dealer inventory and good competitive prices. Kenny the sales advisor maintained good professional attitude and helped in buying the car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike was a pleasure to work with and not pushy like so many car salesman. I would recommend anyone buying a car to use your dealership.
