We never felt pressured during the entire process and felt as though our sales associate was honest and up front. I also really appreciate that Chapman doesn't send out the dealership manager to "work" the deal.

As a 24/7 caregiver to my wife who suffers from the many challenges of Parkinsons Disease, I was particularly impressed with the compassion, patience, and kindness in the way were treated.
