Great Experience
We went looking for a lightly used 3-series a year ago. We got a great car at a great price and would do it all over again. Jeff was great and followed up (we had to return for new floor mats). Car has been awesome, we love it. We don't go to Chapman for service, we are on the other side of town near another BMW dealership, so I can't comment either way on service.

Thank you Alex for making this as easy as possible. I thought it would be a nightmare to find a car, however, after visiting BMW Chapman in Chandler and Alex helping me out, it was one of the easiest stressfree purchases I have ever made.

Our experience with Chapman BMW was a pleasant one. We were on the lot twice. Once in March when we were initially approached by Tim Smith and again in June when we bought our 528i. He was very pleasant, friendly and knew his product. Tim made sure to keep in touch with us whenever a car came in that fit our requirements. We would definitely recommend this dealership and actually already have. Thanks for a wonderful experience. FYI we are first time BMW owners and had previous unpleasant experiences with Desert BMW(AutoNation)here in Las Vegas. Again we want to express how happy we are with the service and expertise we received from Tim. He is definitely a "keeper".

Everyone I came in contact with at Chapman BMW was GREAT. The best thing I can say about Tim Smith, my salesman, is that I would buy another car from him. Guiseppe in Finance was equally competent, professional and friendly at every turn. Chapman has put together a highly qualified, professional team. Way to go Chapman.

David made you feel comfortable on the phone which made me feel comfortable coming into the Dealership. Other internet sales departments at other dealerships made me feel put off because I wanted to discuss the car and pricing over the phone. When i came into the dealership to discuss the cars you had available, David was very patient with answering all of my questions.

The cost of repairs at this BMW service center is...
The cost of repairs at this BMW service center is outrageous in my opinion. (This is probably true for any BMW service center, but my experience is here) A part that can be purchased for $70 will cost you $300 at this dealership and this is not including any labor charges. If you do go here... check your options with other shops and let them know what you were able to find. They may negotiate. (they did negotiate with me once, but I still way overpaid for the service and know that now.) Another example... I needed a new emblem for the hood of my car. I was told that the installation was "difficult" by the service manager and that it would be about $80 for the installation. I paid about $30 for the plastic (yes it's plastic.. it only looks like metal) piece and within about 2 minutes, my dad was able to carefully pry off the old piece and click in the new. Really? They wanted to CHARGE ME FOR THAT!!?? So much for good old customer service.

Don King was great to work with. My only complaint that I have is is that when you walk in there are way to many people waiting to help you and sale you a car. I know their salary relies on it but maybe give the customers a little "breathing room."

Chapman BMW is an ultra-modern, spacious dealership. Employees are technically competent, friendly, and know their product and the products' capabilities. I have been dealing with Karl Muik and Chapman BMW for more than a decade. He is an expert on BMWs, and always keeps his customers up to date on the latest. The dealership is a fun experience. I find it a pleasure to do business with Chapman, Karl, and Giuseppe.
