Bought a tacoma

I bought a 2016 Tacoma on Tuesday, it was listed online for 33,700. The internet sales manager said he could take it down a little as I wanted to spend close to 30k. Turns out I got charged $37,700 and got an alleged “employee discount.” It’s my fault for not reading everything thourouly but now I’m paying 45k for a truck listed at 33. Like I said it’s complety my fault for not taking the time to read everything thourouly but I did not think after we talked about a price of 31-32 it would be sold to me for almost 38, not including taxes registration etc. $37700 was my sale price. Luckily I love the truck but would probably never shop there again because I feel like they took advantage of me .

Awesome experience from out of town

Fantastic experience with the guys at Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria AZ. Specifically my salesman John Wayne K. He picked me up from the airport at 830 pm. Drove us to the dealership and stayed till 11 pm to make sure I was happy with the truck and everything was in order. Thank you for taking the time and for the awesome customer service.

Beyond excellent customer service

John Barfield was the nicest salesman I’ve ever had and the experience was the best I’ve had! Friendly emoloyees and it was a comfortable atmosphere!

Streamlined

The whole process was easy and didn't take all day, I appreciated the promptness and ease. Elvis was always very quick to respond to my emails and answered all of my questions. Once the price was negotiated, everything went very smoothly.

Amazing

Everyone was amazing. Tony MARTINEZ was the best. No hassle buying. Our finance person Philip Bartlett was great. He worked hard to get us into a vehicle that was right for us. Thank you all I could not be more happier with my car.

Mike, great salesperson!

Overall experience was great! Mike G. was awesome. Not pushy or demanding. Great to work with. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate we only had one agent to walk us through the entire process, not like other experiences at other dealerships.

Awesome experience (2x)

In 2009, we bought our Toyota 4 Runner through the Costco program at Larry Miller Toyota and it was a painless experience. Now in 2019, we were in need of a new vehicle. The Costco program recommended another dealer closer to our home but we called Larry Miller and yes, they were able to help us. We made an appointment, drove 3 vehicles and did all the paperwork. Alex Schwimmer was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. We drove home with the perfect Tacoma for our needs.

Under-promise and Over-deliver

I was pleased with my purchase and could not be happier with the service I received. The salesman was very enthusiastic about his dealership, and the entire Toyota brand. The financial department worked hard to make sure I got a fair rate, and it turned-out to be better than the rate I had initially agreed upon. Will I be back? You bet ur Bridgestones I will!
