They don't care once you sign the dotted line and drive off the lot. Keep in mind you have no recourse but there survey and who knows if any of that is true. Call the store Manager Jeff, never takes your calls always at a meeting. Go in there to buy a car and everybody is available. Sad.

Filled out the app online. A few emails back and forth. I was coming from out of town had to take a shuttle down the Scottsdale, so i wanted to make sure the deal was approved before heading there. Everything went good just like what was discussed in emails. They down payment and monthly payments were just as discussed.
