Very pleasant from greeting through negotiation on buying price and through financing. Also my salesperson, Steve Cvach, could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process, including taking a significant amount of his own time to help familiarize me with all of the numerous features of my new Ford Edge. I'm very thoroughly impressed with everyone at Auto Nation Ford of Scottsdale.

Not a good buying experience for me. I don't recommend this dealer. I feel they took me to the cleaners.

Byron Mead was friendly, knowledgeable, and proved to be reliable. The work was done on time and seemingly correctly. I will continue to take my Edge Sport to this AutoNation Ford dealer for service even though there are two Ford dealers which are closer to my home.

Had truck towed to autonation ford Scottsdale. Before hand I pulled codes to see what was wrong. They received the truck called and mentioned one of the issues no others and said that would fix it,($800). Picked it up Ran for 50 miles same issue. Called them and was told " it started after we fixed it so bring it back and we'll dig deeper. Not only was the price 40% more than 4 other places I called but only took care of one issue when they new of others. Loving the diagnostic fee I guess. Needless to say I towed it somewhere else and 20 minutes after arrival they had the diagnosis. Save your time money and patience. There motto" if it starts nothings wrong".

Easy and I was well informed; worked with me to get best value for warranty and financing, explaining all options clearly.
