This is a horrible dealership, they tell you anything, they sell you a defective vehicle, service will tell you other vehicles have the same mfr. flaws, so live with your purchase, I will never return, this is one upset purchaser.

Bad battery and stranded
Mr Rose, Service Manager, was outstanding. I was initially told I was one my own with needed service since I was 80 miles past warranty period. Mr Rose came through for me. I'm a 25 year Ford customer and will continue.

Car Buying Experience was a breeze
I literally bought my car online.... well almost. I picked out my car, asked the online assistant if it was still available; Mike Blechert emailed me right away with the finance application; I filled out the finance info online and emailed him the requested documentation, made an appointment to come in, went to the dealership, filled out some forms, met with Bastan and voila within no time I was driving my new car. It was a pleasure working with both Mike and Bastan and as a woman I really appreciated the no hassle efficient sales process.

Service at AutoNation Ford
My Service Advisor is Kevin Morgan. He is great. Always keeps me up to date on my repairs and recommends what needs to be done before my next oil change but not right now. He realizes I'm a widow on a very tight budget. I appreciate he keeps that in mind.

2013 Ford Fusion
I love my Service tech, Mr. Goodfellow, however, I am not pleased with the recall process. I have brought my car in for repair, the engine light is one. I was told there is a recall but it has not officially been recalled so they would not repair the car. I had to wait until I received the recall in the mail or pay for it myself. Yesterday, I received another recall for something else. Why was this not addressed while my car was in for service? AND, why so many recalls on my Fusion? I do not like the fact that I have to wait until the recall comes out for engine light but now I need to come back for yet another recall. Why can't you address all at once?

My service adviser was right on top of my multiple issues. One of them he solved even before I turned over the keys. The rest of the work was done well within the predicted time
