I am done with the Service department
This review is the service department. I been bringing my truck here for over a year and 9 out of 10 times my experience has not been great. From wait times, rides, car wash, service completed incorrectly. Today was the final chance. People here blow you off so you can deal with the issue on your own. I been sitting here over an hour waiting for my ride, I go ask the the service guy, and he tells me 20 more min. Or over a year to get the vehicle info ordered, or bad wheel alignment. Price is fair but I rather go somewhere and pay a little extra for the customer experience.

Dealership Fraud
I flew to Arizona, from San Diego, because the salesman and sales manager said I was approved for a Camaro. I wanted a manual transmission and at the time this was the only one. They promised me all I had to do was submit my downpayment of $1500.00 and sign papers. I did all that and drove away with the car. 3 weeks later Sands Chevrolet was threatening me to drive the car back because the financing fell through. How is this possible? I was promised everything was good to go. They then stated they couldn't verify employment, which is completely a lie because according to my HR and supervisor they never called. I witnessed my supervisor call the bank myself so I'm not sure what this dealership is trying to pull. They then sent a tow truck to my house to come get the car, because of my disability I explained I was unable to drive 5 hours to Arizona to bring it back. Also, how would I get home? This has already cost me a flight and expenses when I first picked up the vehicle. As soon as the car was picked up I was promised by Stephen Yglesias that he would work on my refund. It has been weeks and I am still without a car and without my 1500.00 dollars. I spoke to Chad Helmer the General Manager and he wanted to offer me a customer "Good Will" of 1,000. Why am I not getting my full 1500? Then he proceeded to say it cost him 1700 to tow the vehicle. How is that my fault or problem? This dealership is one scam after another. I am still currently waiting for my $1500.00 refund. Please go anywhere else if you want a vehicle. I have never had this experience and have purchased many vehicles.
