I stopped by without an appointment as my tire suddenly lost half its air. They were able to check out my tire right away. No nail but it was in the replace zone. Their tire price was pretty competitive, less than discount tire and just a few dollars more than Costco. They gave me a loaner car and changed the tire the same day. Very convenient and saved me a lot of time and hassle.

The service department is FANTASTIC, esp Kate Guerrero! You are a VIP from the time you drop your vehicle off till you pick it up. There is communication, with videos, all through your service.

I always receive excellent service from the service department at the North Scottsdale Mercedes-Benz dealership. They provide me with a video inspection of my vehicle and explain everything requiring attention. My regular service adviser, Steve, was not scheduled on the day I brought in my car so Adam helped me. He was very kind, patient and professional and Steve called me to confirm that I was pleased with the service.
