Wrong Answer....Right Correction

I wanted the wheels and tires from a 2012 Ford Explore switched to a newly purchased 2017 Ford Explore. They switched the wheels/tires based on a comment "we do it all the time" and I was pleased. The wheels/tires switch soon turned "low pressure warning" lights on and they continued to come on for days and would only go off when the vehicle was turned off. The next time out, after about 20 - 30 miles "warning light for low tire pressure" came on. I checked the tires and the pressures were fine in all the tires but the "warning" lights were driving me crazy. I went back in to the dealership and they told me that the pressure sensors in each tire would have to be changed (@$550) for the four. They said the 2012 Ford Explore sensors had changed by 2017 which was my new car. I was NOT happy. I would not have switched the wheels/tires between the two vehicles had I know this. They admitted they didn't know it either. (An honest response.) Bill Haygood told me he would see if he couldn't make things right. I went into the dealership to pick up the car ready, unfortunately, to pay $550 for a mistake I made based on bad information I received from the dealership. Bill Haygood said, "It has been taken care of.....here are your keys." This was a wonderful example of a car dealership doing the right and honest thing. "I shall return."

A satisfied customer!

A+ service from the beginning! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made us feel like family! Mary was the best! When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, we WILL be back!

Awesome group of people from the sales floor to the service department. You won't find a better car buying or service experience anywhere else. They have taken great care of me and my family from the great deal on a SUV to the service after the sale. Thank you!

Superior customer service

Easy experience. Great group of guys to work with and talk to. I was in and out in 2 hours. Will return in March when other lease is up.

Very responsive

I sent inquires in on 6 different small SUVs for my 17 year old daughter. Pearson is only dealer that sent me answers to questions on Sunday. To top it off the answers came from a manager. I've not bought the escape from them yet but they are the front runners due to their responsiveness and transparency in answering my questions regarding the escape's history. James M

Excellent from start to finish

I found the car and dealership on cars.com. I had immediate response from Melissa and continued immediate response on my questions. I drove 3 1/2 hours to Pearson to see the vehicle and met Melissa in person. She was as nice in person as her e-mail responses were and the dealership was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I totally love the Mustang I purchased. Thanks Melissa and Pearson Ford.

Issue after purchase but it was taken care of.

I purchased a used car from Pearson and after getting it on the interstate I realized there was a suspension problem. I ended up calling Pearson after having it checked out and they took care of the issue at no cost to me. It's always a breath of fresh air when you find a company that will do more than what is required and go the extra mile.

Problem solved

My fiance purchased a used vehicle and everything went perfect. Bill was friendly and quite knowledgeable. We had been to a few other dealers and the salespeople were clueless. The day after the purchase we noticed an issue with the steering. We called their Manager and they invited us right in that day, gave us a rental and fixed the problem. We feel really good about our future with Pearson Ford.
