Love my Car!

Reggie was awesome with helping me purchase my new ford fusion. He was very patient and made my experience the best it could be. I was able to lease a new ford fusion in the exact color and model I wanted. Reggie was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions with very clear, thorough answers. I highly recommend talking to Reggie if you need help purchasing a new or even used car. They also gave me a great deal on my trade in which helped my overall purchase in the end. Very happy with my car! You should check out Ford Pearson if you are looking to purchase a car!

2016 Explorer Sport

Jay's ability to not waste my time was so refreshing when shopping for a car. We were able to complete the majority of the deal via email without setting foot in the dealership. Buying the vehicle at Pearson was a nonevent and not stressful at all. Michael was also very pleasant to deal with in the xxI department, no shady tactics just honest no hassle process.

Best Car Purchasing Experiance

We purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Katrina Jewell. This purchase was by far one of the best and easiest experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Katrina made us feel very welcomed at the dealership, and never once pressured us into anything. I would highly recommend your next vehicle purchase to be with Katrina.

Ben and Jay great to deal with

Second vehicle I bought from Jay Coyle at Pearson Ford the past several years. I Referred my son and he also bought a truck from Jay ,couple years ago. Ben Weir came out to discuss my options and did not play any games and made me a deal with no smoke and mirrors.

Trust

I am 100% satisfied I got a good deal from salesmen who are willing to go the extra distance to sell a car at a good price. They jumped over obstacles that prevented me from buying a car at other dealers. More than anything else, they gave me confidence I could trust them. I drove 700 miles to purchase this car and I needed a salesman whom I felt I could trust.

Excellent Service at The Quick Lane

I started using The Quick Lane several years when I bought a used car there now we take all 4 of our cars there. Peter & his team treat us like they have known us forever. I recommend them to anyone that asks my where to go for the best service. We travel from the east side of town just to go there. I have never had a bad experience there.

Great Customer Service!!!!!

I bought my car at Pearson because of Katrina Jewell. As soon as I met her my car buying experience improved greatly!! She is friendly, courteous, and I was very impressed with her knowledge of cars! A real joy to do business with! If you go to Pearson, you should definitely ask for Katrina!!

Wonderful car buying experience!!!

Before I went to Pearson's, me and my family went to Andy Mohr's Ford in Plainfield and had a horrible experience at Andy Mohr's. Then we decided to go to Pearson's and browse around for a 2015 F-150. After we couldn't find a particular one we we're looking for, Katrina greeted us with smile and told us no worries, she'll find the exact one we're looking for. With a matter of minutes, she was able to find the exact truck we had in mind and was able to get it to us in just a couple of days. She was an absolute professional, kind, and courteous during our transaction and made us feel at ease with no issues. If going to Pearson's, I would absolutely recommend Katrina to help you...
