Great Car-Buying Experience!

Melissa and the team at Pearson Ford made my car-buying experience a pleasure. The car I wanted wasn't in stock but instead of trying to push me into something for a quick-sell they took the time to locate my dream car. I can't thank Melissa enough for comng in twice on her day off to accomodate me. I highly recommend Pearson Ford!

Good place to do business

Over the past 12 years I've purchased 6 vehicles at Pearson, everything from new and used Escapes for my kids to pickups trucks and a Shelby Mustang for all of us. Everyone there has always been helpful considerate and very fair in all of their dealings with me and I would and have recommended them to everyone. Thanks Ben,, and thanks Jay. And a special thanks to Donna Monday. She may be retired now but I think she showed a lot of the younger staff the best way to treat customers. With Ben Weir's efforts and leadership and Donna's examples they have made the best staff of any car dealer in this city. '

Amazing!

Jay was helpful every step from providing options to keeping in touch and making sure I was happy with my choice! When my lease was close to the end Jay called multiple times to give me the best options on what I really wanted.

The very best!

My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Pearson Ford and have always been pleased with the vehicle and the customer service. We recently had a situation where we needed to trade in our vehicle and purchase a less expensive vehicle in order to close on our new home 2 days later. Ben Weir helped us to find a vehicle and turned our very stressful situation into a smooth transaction. He went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we got the best deal possible. Every person at Pearson helped us through the process quickly and efficiently. Mike Berg went out of his way to make sure the financing paperwork was processed quickly so we could close on our home. I know we would not have received this level of customer service from any other dealership. I cannot thank the people at Pearson enough for the exceptional service we received. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Pearson is Unsurpassed

Recently bought second new car at Pearson Ford. Customer service is top notch. Every request is met, and a good deal of time was spent explaining every button, gadget,etc on the car. The entire transaction was smooth from start to finish.

Unusual customer service

We were completely satisfied with our recent purchase from Pearson. Melissa Whittle helped us through financing every step of the way to provide the best deal we could get. The asking price was fair so no haggling was needed. . The customer service from Mellisa was so great and it is rare and was missed by other dealerships we visited. We WILL be back in the future for our next purchase.

Friendliest above and beyond

These guys goes above and beyond to get the right loan for me. Great monthly payment to fit my budget. John Wallisa, Don Thompson and John Pearson, these guys know how to get the job done. Looking back, I am thinking, these guys have some magic powers or what. I feel as if these guys knew me a long time ago and we were friends. I did not feel stress out buying this car (third car). John take time to explained everything from the engine to the tires, he did not left out anything. Even when I told them I was good with the monthly payment Don was still working on getting a better deal for me and yes, he did. I will recommend Pearson Ford to everyone who is in the market to buy a car. My fourth car will be from Pearson Ford. Love my Ford Fusion??

The Friendliest, Best Customer Service, Best Agent

Katrina worked very hard and did everything she could to help us get our 2002 Honda Odyssey. She did everything from finding the right Van for us to getting all the financing information together for Michael Berg and he finished our financing for us. We truly appreciate what they did.
